RENEGADE TRAINING FOR FOOTBALL

I have posted other messages before about this training style. But I must say that before I get into a program I want to know as much as I can about it because once I do it I do it balls out. I know this is “wrong” but even though football is my life I still want to have big arms, neck, traps, etc. is that possible with this program? Also I want to get my bodyfat down to around 7-8% for athletiuc reasons. Is this possible with this type of traing and diet. What type of diet is recommended? How about supplements? So many questions. Another thing is there anyone from the Arizona area that does Renegade training and is willing to show me the proper techniques? Appreciate the respone.
