Renegade Jump Rope

Can someone explain the “Ali shuffle?” I couldn’t figure out how to do it from the description Coach Davies gave in last week’s article.

It’s also know as the boxer shuffle. Just shuffle you feet back and forth like a boxer would more around the ring. As one foot goes forward the other goes back. Basically your feet are always opposite of each other. One is in front, one in back…keep rotating in a shuffle.

yup…that’s the way I do it anyway.
