You know that scene in Pumping Iron where Arnold and I believe Ed Corney were doing squats? Then on Ed’s last set he just fell over and pretty much died. That’s how I felt.
I know it wasn’t nearly the same weight, but me and my friend just basically felt like doing squats until we couldn’t squat anymore.
I had a blast!

Food ideas are always helpful for me. I lost tons of weight from Chrons Disease so I do almost everything I can to regain and hold muscle weight.

200lbs!

25lbs to go until I hit my Clean & Jerk goal for this winter. I can’t wait, I’m gonna get somebody to take a pic of me with 225lbs held like 8 feet up in the air. It’s gonna be great

I’ve been reading this log and i gotta say, dam impressive! keep up the good work!
how far out are you from 300 now? seems like your numbers have been going up really consistantly
congrats!

Thanks man!

I’m 256-258… I really don’t know, my diet has been so whack because of the holidays lately, but I only got one more week of this to go :stuck_out_tongue: Not the leanest I’ve ever been, that’s for sure. Post new years I plan on cleaning up my diet a lot.

By Feb, my Test-Booster cycle will be over and the next month will be spent trying to make sure I keep everything I’ve gained. In April I’m gonna start cutting down a bit, go down to 240 or so.

However, towards the end of summer I wanna get really lean as I’m going to South Africa in September and… well shit, I wanna look killer.

I know something that’ll get you jacked: some all you can eat sushi! Talk to Clive and em…I’m down for wherever and whenever as long as the weather doesn’t shit on us again.

Hahah yeah!
I went last week! But man, I was farting fish for the next three days!
Totally worth it though, I’ll talk to him for sure.

Last workout of 2008, and I had a ton of energy so I just kept on going. 2 hours later, I decided it was time to go home.
I had fun today, busted my ass… Did T-Bar rows for the first time in who knows how long. The preacher curls say 65lbs on the machine, but I don’t know how true that actually is.

Anyways, for those reading this. Thanks for taking the time to check it out, 2008 has been my most productive year as of yet. I’m sitting around 260lbs now, not the leanest I’ve ever been. However, starting on monday I’m going on a super strict diet and making sure I do cardio at least once a week as to hopefully trim off some fat.

Won’t be in the gym until friday, I’m going to try not to drink TOO much tomorrow. Hehe

Almost bailed on the 225lb C&J but I managed to get it up. The one problem with those, is that after I’m done it leaves me dead ass tired for the rest of my workout. Takes everything out of me, however it’s hands down my favourite exercise to do.

I just wish I was able to drop the weight instead of bringing it all the way down. Happily though, I managed to do all my C&Js without the aid of a belt, for the first time ever.

I’ve been doing 15 minutes of stretching after my workouts now. It feels a lot better than just going home, a lot smarter too. I’m gonna keep it up for sure. Plus, there are always babes in the stretching room… even though my face is so contorted in pain that people coming to talk to me would never happen. Hahah!
