Nothing actually, but they’re both complete characters. One girl is the loudest girl I’ve ever met. She comes to the gym every single day, she’s nuts. She’s also one of the toughest girls I’ve ever met. She’s the one I taught how to do squats, deadlifts, clean & jerks and so on. I’ve seen her drop 45lb plates on her toe, punch a power rack and go and squat right after, all while looking like she’s about to cry.

The other one isn’t as hardcore, but she’s really fuckin hot. As a dedicated fan of asses, this girl has the most perfect ass this planet has ever seen. Unfortunately, she’s tough to get to. Went on a v-day date with her, but I’m still nowhere with her.

Bad day… Bad bad bad day.

On my second set on bench press I made a stupid move. I went with the suicide grip, and while lowering the weight I hit one of the racks on the bench, instantly dropping the entire 225lbs on my chest from pretty much the start position. With nobody near me I was forced to lift it up myself (which was done with ease… thank the gods of bodybuilding on that one)

So, I finished my workout. Either because I’m a serious trooper, or a fuckin moron. Needless to say, I was in immense amounts of pain the entire time and even had to go into the change room and letting out a few tears while punching the shitter stalls out of angry rage.

I’m still in a lot of pain, my ribs hurt like crazy and… well fuck. If it’s happened to you… well, you know how it feels.

And did you break your hand during the stall punches? (That sounds like an exercise itself.) I knew a guy in college who broke both his hands punching a wall.

I don’t know why I did the suicide grip. It’s far more comfortable to be honest, but it’s painfully obvious why it’s dangerous. I did those palm open punches on the stall. Good thing they give and aren’t rock solid.

Legs good, ribs still sore.

I was just lightly going through most movements before I started lifting today. Shoulder movements seem okay, however the pulling motions for my back cause extreme amounts of pain on the ribs. So I might have to pass on that tomorrow, and maybe this entire week if I don’t feel better.

Seriously though, a sneeze has never hurt so much. At work today, I just randomly sneezed and yet out a massive yelp of pain. It was pretty funny though.
