I can’t do back yet!
Damnit!

Oh well, 235lb clean & jerk… new pr for me.

I seriously hate some people at my gym though. This arrogant guy, who’se always dropping weights everywhere and making more noise than ANYBODY is walking around today. “I’m the biggest guy at this gym, nobody can touch me. I can out lift anybody here!”

First of all, at my gym… that’s not much of an accomplishment. Secondly, this dude has vocally announced his 2 or 3 steroid cycles. (I have nothing against gear) Yet, I put up the exact same numbers as him in terms of lifts. I’m just standing there thinking to myself… If I had done as many cycles as you have… I’d be lifting WAAAY more than you.

Fawk

Ps.
Good morning to you!

I also have a pic today!

Feel free to bash.

That picture on your wall is ghey! How’s that for bashing? :stuck_out_tongue:

Looking good though. Sorry you can’t train back yet, but you’ll heal up soon enough.

Listen, I’ve had that for years! Don’t bash my pictures betch!

Yeah…doing the roidz and then having nothing to show for it is WAY gheyer than your picture.

I’m not sure if that’s sarcasm or not.

Just making it clear, I have nothing against steroids. But when you’re that full of yourself, and there’s a guy like me who hasn’t even been training that long putting up the exact same numbers… Well, I don’t know what there is to be proud of there.

No sarcasm, I really think if you’re going to 1) do roidz, or 2) boast about doing roidz even if you don’t do them, you should at least look or lift like you’re getting something out of them.

And GOOD MORNING!!!

Oh man!
500lbs!

I’m so happy! One of the best workouts I’ve had in ages. Words cannot express my joy at doing a 500lb deadlift… FINALLY. I can ALMOST deadlift double my body weight now. Sweet beans.

Way to go!!!

Double your body weight? Fatty! :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously though, congrats on hitting the big 5!

Thanks guys!

I just can’t express in words how happy I am that I achieved what I did. While most people wouldn’t get it, there’s something to be said about being able to move something that heavy. Also, seeing a bar bend like that… What an ego booster.

Ps. Pushmepullme, the TILF thread will have an addition to it soon.

On a cool note, I found out one of my bosses at work knew Reg Park when she was growing up. I asked her how big he was, she said “He was as big as a house, but he was so nice and very humble”

Pretty cool

Also, was wondering if anybody had any suggestions about coming off of creatine for a bit. I’ve been using it straight since August, and I’m going to buy some protein today but I’m somewhat low on money. Do most lifters go on/off creatine or what?

Honestly, I don’t even consider coming off it. I used to only ‘cycle’ creatine back when it was more expensive. These days, I always just use 10 g peri-workout
