Been lifting for 1,5 years and started sprinting for fun at the same time.

weigth: 149 lbs

Lifts I can do now in:

Dead: 352x1
Squat: 225x1
Military: 110x3
Bench: 187x1

Dips weighted: 110x1
Pull-ups weighted: 45x1

60m: 7.17
100m: 11.38

Diet is pretty random, eating is the worst part with lifting lol
Ive had better lifts, before, but after starting to study Ive become a bit weaker in bench and squat. deadlift is still improving tho, going for 170 kg soon.

are you a troll?

Why would I be? and no lol

honestly? real thin man… i’d highly suggest start eating right, and by right i mean a whole lot more than you are now. A good base though. You’re lean, and decent definition. You could have a lot of fun with what you’ve got. Get on a legit program, both eating and training. bust your ass. check back in 3 months.

Post the required pics, asshole. How dare you only post a pic of back and wheelz! Where’s the chest and hawt abz pics? What does this forum look like to you? This isn’t Legbook.

I would love to see the weighted dips lmfao. gtfo troll. video or you’re lying your ass off.

postholedigger: lol, the rules said back and leg and the rest is up to you in the OP-sticky.
anyways here:

u jelly?

btw height is 5"11/ 180cm

Stop Sprinting, watch muscle gains appear (I did the same thing in college and wish someone would have slapped me in the head sooner)

S

You haven’t been training very hard if that’s all you’ve accomplished in a year and a half.

I’m not sure what your goals are, but regardless of what they are you need to be about 40 pounds heavier.

Diet random? If by random you mean starvation, then yeah, it’s random.

Do compound exercises, no sprints. And eat. Try to gain two pounds a month. By your two year mark you won’t look like you’re starving.

Good luck.

Of your lifts that you lie about? Nope lmao. I proudly dip with 3 plates for a solid set of 3-5 depending. I’m just calling you out on your bullshit is all sir.

And if by chance you can by miracle work actually dip with that weight, it’s with horrific technique.

Worthless

And you work out to adele? No wonder…

The video proves my point nicely. Thanks for uploading and showing everyone that. You are the epitome of the kid everybody laughs at while they work out.

Adele while working out lowers Testosterone

This is when the site gets old, BigRed and DiBella are the trolls here. These guys probably have just as shitty lifts but feel qualified to give advice. Hey but then again Reds 2 lbs a month and DiBella’s 3 plate dips are impressive right!? NOT 2 lbs a month when you are adding size is a fucking joke. And 3 plate dips for 3 reps? nothing to be excited over. First off dips for kids under 200lbs which im assuming you are, are extremely easy. Dips like that for kids my weight, 250+ are still easy. Go to SAMA or GAL and stop giving bad advice.

OP up your cals and protein intake, an easy formula is BWx19 for calories and BWx 2 or 2.5 for protein intake.
Change up your lifting plan to cater towards your goals. Low reps strength, 8-12 will give decent size. There are lots of good programs around this site just use that search bar on top right. Cut out sprinting like Stu said and do 25 min stair masters or something of the sort. You do need overall size, but better people have started off from way worse. [/quote]

Im glad you posted this

Some of these motherfuckers that have nothing to show for and probably look like shit are talking so much crap

OP at some point you will need to care less about leaness, start increasing your cals GRADUALLY and listen to Stu and Achilles

Agreed alot of little faceless shit talking bitches on this forum that don’t contribute anything and just show up to run people down. I like this kids attitude and he posted all the required pics and deserves serious constructive responses.
