His gym doesn’t have a sqaut rack! It’s an attachment to the universal…

FYI…NOW, I’m talking shit!

This is up there with my top 5 funniest threads.

LMAO at “What do you do to train your massive head?”—>“I don’t train abs”!!

The trolls on here wish they could come up with stuff like that.

The pplz shud stop not makng good helps and become some profesianols.

1)squats and milk
2) 5/3/1 (boring but big)
3) Westside for skinny bastards III

Damn- I haven’t been on T-Nation in a while but things have obviously changed. It used to be a place where you could encourage others and lend helpful advice if you had any… Anyway- nice work sihab. Try increasing your calories SLOWLY and increasing your workload capacity. Putting on lean mass takes time.

Hopefully you keep putting effort into your workouts. Screw 5/3/1 unless you want to be smooth or like killing your joints. Skip WS4SB (westside for skinny bastards). Try going to scottabel.com. Keep workin!

Sihab, you’ve stumbled onto the wrong site. Because most of the “bodybuilders” around here look like powerlifters, the mere sight of defined abs drives them into fits of jealousy and mad hatting.

My advice is don’t post more pictures of yourself on bodybuilding forums for now. Eat more, monitor your weight and make sure it’s going up over time. Look for classic articles in the archives on this site, and keep learning from these for now rather than from the forum jockeys.

Pretty sure the third pic was for his boyfriend who was taking the pictures. You should all be glad he stopped at the third one.

LOL.

If Tom Platz were here, I’m sure you could give him a few pointers

this is Rate My Physique! the guy doesn’t have anything to rate yet, if he had of posted pics, diet and training in the Beginner section he would of got a better response.

I think people got tired of “Rate my Physique” being used as the “Validate my Abs/Beginner section” where people post pics of their under-developed selves to either get validated, or get an entire meal/workout plan made for them.

My understanding is that this section is supposed to be for people with well-developed, potentially competitive BB physiques to post up pics, and get some minor critique from other people who compete in BB, or are knowledgeable about it.

If you’re looking for general feedback, or a meal plan, there are lost of sub-forums to post your pics, and get advice.

Can we have a “Rate my low bf%” or “Rate my hawt abz” section please…would save a lot of this stuff methinks.

Mad ha…

Me thinks as stated in others threads the forum drop-down menu should be changed. Performance Photos is actually Non-Competitive Photos while Rate My Physique is actually Competition Photos. Its like driving on the parkway but parking on the driveway.
