Lol what did you expect? you’re on a bodybuilding forum and your posting a picture of yourself in a “rate my Physique” section. You dont have a physique. You need to take some time to experience the bodybuilder path, and then ask for critiquing, and even then it would only be on your diet/workout routines, because your body is years away from a bodybuilders focus. I mean It’s clear that you’ve done no research towards the subject, due to you obvious lack of diet knowledge

u can seee big diff in 3 months i will post ma new pics aftr 3 months with this diet i gained 10 kg in a month i hv jst said wat am hvng i ddn mention the quantity so…
unfortunately you cannot see a big difference in 3 months. And you will not gain weight eating like you are. I dont care how much cereal youre eating at breakfast. And im assuming the rest of the meals dont have much to speak of either. Id guess you eating maybe 8 oz of chicken with lunch, if that. Lol well your daily protein intake is probably capping out around 100, so thats not enough, and no you wont gain weight, in 3 weeks, 3 months, 3 years.
Your carb intake, including the crap carbs youd get from your cereal in the Am and the pure sugar you’re getting in your orange juice, MIGHT be 200g, and thats being generous, assuming your taking 3 servings of these things in a sitting. You wont grow like that. If your training looks anything like your diet, im assuming that you’re going to hit your peak very soon, if you havent already.
Take my advice here, bodybuilding, especially at your level, isnt about an ego. Learn how to eat, learn how to train. Learn that in actuality, you know nothing. until you realize that, you will not grow.
