Still Bulking. What Do You Think?

Im just interested in what other serious gym go’ers think??? Be constructive in your words. Im very open minded and have massive desire to improve.

P.s. I use to be a runner. Completed for ireland when i was 15. (20 now) Have good knowlegde of nutrition and training. I have a natural drive to train hard, always being careful not to go into burn- out. I have experienced that before.

In May 06 i weighed 54kg. Im now bang on 70kg

This is a Bodybuilding website, not a modeling website.

As such, you should put back/leg pictures or get a 1.

what do i think? I think you should shave that bullshit you have on your face.

people that don’t bench sicken me.

when did this site turn into abercrombie.com?

I dont get a hit off bench. Dumbell bench for me gets way deeper. Sorry if my facial hair offends you. Why cant you just post a comment thats positive.

Me: I read an article with arnold that was in GQ magazine Uk edition and he doesnt bench any more. Does he sicken you?? That statement is very strong. Does every person that goes to the gym that doesnt bench sicken you? I do bench, however maybe once every 2-3 weeks just to see if my strenght is improving, however for growth & breaking down fibres, dumbell bench is key for me.

I hope you achieve your goals brother, however you may find it difficult if you continue to slate people. Your subconcious mind will be programed negatively and to get a postive result from a mind like that = difficult.

Peace and love

hug a rainbow brother

how tall are you?

and why did you come here?

You are a very angry person.

Im 5,7
Because its a good site, with good info on training. Why wouldnt i come here

Man, there are people here who really need to get a fucking life. If your day is so empty that you can’t get by without finding someone who’s doing well and making progress and insulting them for no reason when they ask you for help, you need to seriously reevaluate your existence.

Maybe y’all should go and yell at Mark Rippetoe, because he says that the dumbbell bench press is a better exercise for most people than the barbell bench. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about though, right? Mark Rippetoe is such an Abercrombie fag.

Paul, you’re looking good man. What is your training and nutrition like? We need to see your back and legs before anyone can really make a fair judgement though. You’re lean enough that you could probably stand to bulk a fair bit before the fat gained had a negative impact.

Tube, your the only person whos tone in writing was good.

I dont have any pics off back and legs, iii get some tonight. I only joined last night, a friend of mine told me bout the site.

I train 5-6 days a week

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back & Abs
Wednesday Tri & Calves
Thursday: Biceps & Abs
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Legs & Abs

depending on how my week goes i might do tri’s and bi’s in the same session. I use do 3 sessions a week, cheast & back, tri’s and bi’s and then legs and shoulders. However the 6 day week for me works better. My intensity is very high and i prefer to really attack one muscle at a time.

Nutrition:
Meal 1: Protein Shake 1 scoop (optimal nutrition) and 1 cup of porridge

Meal 2: 12 oz chickhen and brown rice

Meal 3: 6 eggs whites and Brown rice

Meal 4: 12 oz chickhen 1 scoop protein and 2 slices bread and jam (brown bread)

Meal 5: Protein Shake 1 scoop and almond nuts

Meal 6: Protein shake 2 scoops, and potato.

I work out 9-10 pm, i work from 12pm-9pm and thats why i have 2 scoops of protein so late in the day.

This is an ideal day. It doesnt happen every day. There are days were i may eat chocolate, ie. snickers, however as im adding massing, it gives me extra calories and i find its ok.

I would really only want to hear constructive criticism, or a compliment. I never understand why someone would say negative things. I respect every single person on this forum, i understand that everyone has a goal and most likely loves training like i do. I live everyday to train and get better.

you come on here and provide a pic of half of your abs, no chest, and a pathetic shot of your shoulder and arm, thats it, and you expect praise?

good for you man, you have some abs, whoopie, so does every single abercrombie, armani exchange model that weights 95 lbs. No one is impressed by you, you are clearly fishing for the bullshit answer, you look good. This site majors in bodybuilding and minors in powerlifting. You fall into neither category.

You’re looking good and eating clean. Keep up the dedication. Wish you the best
