Rapid Fat Loss

Here’s a pic from before the cheat meal this week. Only a couple more weeks! Unless I do another round.

Great progress MiM especially for just a week

Recipe courtesy of Chris Shugart, but damn this was tasty. And had maybe 10g of carbs.

What is it?

pizza??!

Chim, I see baby abs!!

Is that the cauliflower pizza? That looks fantastic. So Chim, you can cook…your attractiveness meter just went up 10 points. MiM’s right! I see abs!

Yup, it’s “pizza”.

Thanks MiM, soon enough they’ll be all growed up.

Thanks Deb! I’ll take those 10 points but I have to warn you: dishes are not my forte.

share recipe plz??

How’d you get the dough to stay together so well? I’ve tried with the cauliflower but can’t ever get the dough to stay together.

It didn’t stay together all that well unfortunately. Squeezing the cauliflower is supposed to help, as is adding something like a tbs of almond flour to absorb some moisture.

A couple of my coworkers tried it. One’s husband made it and she brought it in. Man it was good. I’d look at it as more of a casserole (sp?) to be eaten with a fork.

Utensils definitely do work better.

another blah day to match my blah mood.

Not very hungry, not enough food eaten…although I caved and had the carby mixed veggies that my kids had.

Snap out of it Betty!!!

Yah that happened when I made it too.

Thanks for that recipe…gonna try it this coming week.

Do you eat it on regular RFL days???

you know the rule though, 20 grams fat/carbs per day? What happens if you save em up for one or two big meals? Never wanted to ask Lyle that directly for fear of getting ‘yelled’ at.

MiM hope you have a better day! Mine was pretty blah too but hey, it’s another day tomorrow.

yep and another day after that, and another day after that…

bah humbug.

Sorry to be a downer, lol…its not the diet, just life stuff.

Btw, my tummy sounds like there are whales mating in it. lol
