Bad posing. I don’t really have a camera but I do have a video recorder so for a RMP I did a posing video.
half way down or so. Enjoy the entertainment and lulz.

Not too shabby:)
At least you have something to flex.
I like how you just pop out of nowhere…two years later, haha!
Well I’ve always been on the site. I just am not always good about posting. That 2 year gap was void of posting unless it was in a rowing thread. I still read plenty, just didn’t bother posting much. I now sit at a desk all day and in between work I post a bit to help break it up and keep my mind working right. As far as that goes, that was 2 years ago, a lot weaker, and not as lean. I’m ramping up the training (and calories some) to focus on this PL meet in Nov. I wish I had taken pictures like 4 weeks ago right after RFD because I was super ripped. Now I’m workin on the size again. Next cut I’ll get pictures up pre/post.
Uh Liquid take thee to a camera and get some photos on here! Your traps in that vid were awesome!
Years of rowing have allowed me to develop certain body parts much quicker then others (probably why my chest is so weak comparatively). Since rowing is extremely leg dominant and a decent amount of back/biceps as well those parts all blow up with minimal training. For instance I took a year off of squatting and most leg work this past year due to injury.
I finally worked up the courage and felt healthy enough to squat last Friday and even with the time up did 385 on box squat relatively easy for some reps. If I actually train my traps directly they blow up and I can’t fit into shirts due to the neck (since I generally am always sporting a button down). It’s quite irritating because I genuinely enjoy shrugs. But I’ll see if I can get some pics up, gotta find a friend with a camera or a decent camera phone.
Only recent pic I have is from when my bud decided to five-star slap my back at a toga party and managed to break skin. My back looks quite good in it despite the blood. I’ll try and find a cord so I can get it up. /end random talk not related to the thread.
I hear the dull hum of vibrators revving up.

You don’t look like a bodybuilder, like you don’t look inflated and swollen but you look strong as hell. Your back, legs, and arms have that ‘dense muscle’ look. I say to my friends “I’m stronger than I look” and they laugh their asses off saying I already look really strong, but my point is like I see guys who look much bigger than me at the gym lifting little girl weights. I’ve always judged my progress by how much stronger I have gotten, not just how I look in the mirror. Good job man. You planning to get more ripped or are you happy where you are?
I know it’s only been three days since the last pic, but I thought I’d throw up a back pic as I haven’t done one yet.
Hmm, should probably actually attach the pic

Hmmm my previous response didn’t post.
That video is from 2 years ago so I’ve definitely changed a good bit. I’ll do another video in the next month or so. My main focus right now is my first PL meet coming up in Nov, so I’m not as concerned about being super ripped as I am about being super strong. Maybe I’ll give a show a go later on.
dammit…I didn’t see that thread from Chris when I posted last night.
oh well. Back to the grind stone…lashes whip
I’m having a mini carb up today. whatchu all think about that? I asked the man himself and he said it would be fine to experiment with two moderate days instead of 1 huge-mongous refeed. I wasn’t tolerating it well. I’d feel drugged for 2-3 days after and it was slowing my losses.
so there. ![]()
Mini-carb ups can definitely be beneficial I’ve found. Even something small like 50-100g.

I’ll try it with a different pic:
Isn’t it a weird feeling to be able to suck it in? I remembered how excited I was when I could see my ribs again, lol.
So your a moderately young guy Chim. What are your plans/strategies to maintain and not have to ever do this diet again? ![]()

Haha, well the plan is to actually keep track of calories once I “bulk” again, the first two years of lifting I just ate everything in sight which was not the best plan. I’m also going to see how I do with fewer overall calories as I might not need as much as I tend to estimate.

I tend to do that too. Ya know how I was 177 about 2 weeks ago? Well I definitely had the post-diet rebound (not too much fat) and weighed in at 186 today heh. I should probably tone back the food amount a bit, it’s not that I’m eating garbage just lots of tasty meat. Either way lookin good chim, keep it up!
