Chimera, you have come a long way bro, good for you for sticking to it for this long.
As for myself, I’m on the tail end of the first week of the diet and I’m absolutely dying here. I’ve done bodyopus years back with great success, I also did the Anabolic diet and that worked great too. But this time I’ve put on a lot… probably the most fat ive ever been, just really lost control and stopped eating healthy, going out drinking 3-4 nights a week, burgerking, carl juniors, ect. So I figured something like this might help me get that weight off quick so I can get serious again into eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle.
Anyways, back when I was doing BO and TAB I would eat little to no veggies and just took a fiber supplement. I actually found it extremely easy to stay on the diet and enjoyed every min of it (especially a dozen powdered donuts for breakfast saturday morning lol). The high fat meats really kept me satisfied.
This week I have been eating basically nothing but egg whites, chicken breast, tuna, protein powder, broccoli, cucumbers and celery. And man I feel like a zombie. Its like my mind is playing tricks on me trying to convince me I’m going to die of hunger, or I can feel my bicepts melting away. lol.
I weighed in at 220 before I started. Bodyfat around 20%. I’m a big guy but I’ve never actually got ripped, my arms, chest, legs, back, all get striated but I’ve never once got rid of that pudge under my bellybutton. I’m usually a good “lean” 190-200.
Anyways, I will keep you all posted, going to plan on adding another 200 cals of fat on mon-thurs to try and keep energy levels up in the form of olive oil and peanut butter.
Quick question - Any problem eating pickles on this diet? Would make a great easy snack.

Thanks man.
Good luck with your diet, but as MiM mentioned try not to change it up too much. It works when you stick to it, even though sometimes you’d rather not.
If you really need the taste of peanut butter google PB2 from bell plantations. It’s powdered PB that you can add to things but 80% fewer calories.
