This diet officially SUCKS on the weekends. I feel like stashing chicken in my bag for while we are out and about. Or maybe beef jerkey. That wouldn’t look as weird, haha.

On a side note, I decided to take my diet break this week rather than next. I’m starting my student teaching this week so some mental clarity would be nice. In two weeks I’ll start another round, though I don’t know if I’m in cat1 or 2 anymore. Probably 2.

I noticed that no matter how much I weighed with that calculator if I put in 24% BF it put me in cat 1. I even put in 250lbs/24% and it still came up with cat 1, lol…so if you think you are 24% or less then go for it!

And check this out…not bad right? Shrimp + mixed chinese veggies(in a can)

Kids want me to make brownies…halp!!

Oh, and I’m, starting to believe that everything tastes better with soy sauce+wasabi or curry+cayenne

I look forward to the refeed all week…but then it takes a few days to recover. Carbs are delicious :frowning:
Eating them makes me want more and to go from eating real meals all day back to RFL the next, suuuucks.

you look awesome btw, and one would wonder why on earth your dieting. I understand the need for damage control though. And you seem to travel a lot and have nice cloths to fit nicely into(or out of) :wink:

Lunch. What you may ask it it? It’s my take on meatloaf and mashed potatos…

Steam cauli with 2 cloves of minced garlic…
saute onions with spray and a bit of water…I sprinkled celery salt into mine
throw the turkey hamburger in there and cook it all up with a splash of worchestershire sauce and a squirt of ketchup. Add extra salt n pepper…basil and parsley…

Voila!

so basically I have a pound of ground turkey and a head of cauli in muh belly…

sad thing is that I’m not even that full. I like the one big meal approach though. Breakfast is small, lunch is HUGE, then I’ll have a salad or something small near 5 or 6…and if Im absolutely starving, cottage cheese before bed.
