Basically I just hate when people bother me when I am trying to stay focused at the gym. I know some of you can relate unless you think going to the gym is a social activity.
Basically, I just hate that turd stains like you exist. The turds definitely roll down the hill in life. But it’s amusing when the guy in the middle of the hill, pushes some turds further down the hill, thinking he is at the top of the hill, when in reality, the turds he is pushing on someone else are the turds hitting his own head.
Understand? Let me clarify; you’re just a middleman turd pusher.
Basically what ur saying is you like to go to the gym for social hour. Again really not true into moving weights and mainntaining intesity.[/quote]
Basically, what I’m telling you is that you’re a middle manager turd pusher. Although I’m sure pushing turds has some value in our world order and economy (I’m just not sure where exactly), I’m pretty sure that turd pushing is a lower end blue collar job that doesn’t require any special education and probably won’t even merit you a company shirt with your name embroidered upon it…a name tag maybe because, after all, the ranks at middle management turd pushing is crowded and, upper management would need some means to distinguish you from other middle manager turd pushers.
The above aside, I’m pretty convinced, from your original post, and from your replies, that you are quite the intense turd pusher that you portray yourself to be. And you are further correct in your assumption that I’m not quite as intense, because when I push a turd, it is usually quite by accident.
No, I don’t bench 600. My bench is caught in the 4’s which aint great. What seperates me from you, an accomplished turd pusher, is that I understand that someoen is pushing 5. And when, and if, I push 5, someone somewhere, is pushing 6. And so forth. That knowledge keeps me humble. And furthermore, I can remember the day, remember my personal quest to push 3 plates and how appreciative I was for the little help I received along the way and, how much wasted time I could have saved if someone even more experienced would have taken a moment to help and guide.
Anyway, I work out at home. And that requires far more intensity and discipline than the false intensity you muster in the gym. No training partner. Just alot of weight, some bars, a cage, a 600lb tyre, chains, bands, a punching bag, rings, bench, boxes, boards and a radio.
Intensity is not how hard you push turds between your sets, as you did in your little story, its how hard you push or pull the bar during the set.
