Sick work, man. Judging from your logs it looks like you’ve worked damn hard for what you’ve accomplished. Gonna have to try that pre-fatigue method later on when i get the chance.
I try to do a workout like this once every two weeks. I mainly like doing these exercises to make sure everything is still firing right and working together. I do consider this a more cardio oriented workout though. I try and do 30 min on the treadmill or rolling stairs on my off days.( sometimes it happens sometimes I drink beer instead.) at any rate for the exception of days like these my cardio is done at a pretty slow pace. Making sure my heart rate Dosnt get to high.

crazy volume. do you pyramid the weight up or are these straight sets ??[/quote]
Most of the time they are straight sets, I like to throw pyramids, widowmakers,21s,and 100 rep sets in there too.
I try and use a lot of different training metheods to bring something different to every workout.
As usual, I’m impressed by your training, physique, and generosity for sharing these things with us. What are your goals exactly? I’ve been curious about this for a while.

Most of the time they are straight sets, although i like to try and change things up every workout. I.e. Adding widowmakers,21s,pyramids,negatives,rest-pause,and 100 reppers. I think changing things up and maintaining pumps are key, after my strength sets. If that makes sense.

Funny you asked that I had a conversation with my wife about this today lol. At first my goals were to be the strongest and biggest I could be all while looking good naked.
I have been playing with the idea of competing in my first bodybuilding show next year. Still have not made up my mind but kind of leaning towards giving it a shot.

How long are you in the gym doing all that? Looks like at least a couple of hours from where I’m at.
10x10 pull-ups? FML. At 255# I’m good for 10-12 (hit 14 once) for a set or two, then usually drop to 6-8 for 5-8 sets total. As others have said, insane volume.
As for your initial question: I’d be thinking some sort of elbow tendinitis on the wide-grip pull-ups, though I tend to experience that more on underhand chins. Neutral is the grip that works best for me. When I get tendinitis it also tends to aggravate curls, not that I do a lot of 'em.
Good physique, great work ethic, truly inspiring stuff, sir.
With regards to the original topic, fuck pronated pull-ups, man. Balance your long term and short term goals - you want to be 70+ and still lifting, so don’t do things that will likely jeopardize that for little benefit; doing pronated pull-ups would not add much to you.
