How do you execute a Pull-Thru lift?
Low cable, D handle, stand facing away from stack, bend over and reach between legs with both hands to grab handle. Stand up and step forward a couple of feet. Bend forward, letting cable pull your arms between legs. Keep knees bent only slightly and pull-through to an upright position. Style is like a stiff-leg deadlift, but you are pulling more horizontal rather than verticle.
