OK. It started to get a little pump at the end, but I stay pretty upright on them.
I haven’t gone up in weight or reps in 9 weeks on them, though. I just do the 3 sets of 6 with 185 and then walk like Michael J. Fox for 2 hours.

Week 10 Tuesday
Spent yesterday at the house we are trying to purchase with the inspector and the appraiser, so will workout Wednesday instead of taking it off.
Bench: 225x5 255x5 285x5 305x5 225x10 (Same as last week. No one to spot and was nervous about going any higher alone. The hardest part is unracking the weight on the crappy benches at my gym.)
Bent Bar Row: 135x10 185x8 185x8 185x8
Inc. Dumbbell Press: 40x20 40x20 (the shoulder is finally starting to feel better doing these)
Cybex Seated Row: 10x15 12x12
Inc. Tate Press: 55x8 55x8 55x8
Weight was down about 6.5 pounds this week. I really like the warrior diet thing.

We’re driving to CHicago and back tonight to pick Drew up from the airport. THe house shit is going fine. The inspection didn’t find anything major that was a deal breaker. Just everything is moving SLOWLY. I gotta get out of this basement, man.

Well then, when you get the house, we will come there. Yesterday when I got in my truck it registered 112. I sweat walking to the truck. I have to wear 1980’s wrist sweat bands now when I work out, since I do a lot of stuff outside now.
