  1. I got back up to 271 because I’m weak.

I had a hell of a weekend and put on a few pounds. Even though I worked out Sat and Monday, drank to much and ate to much. But been back on the wagon since Tuesday and starting to feel better.

Got to get up at 3 am and drive to corpus in the morning. That will be a day of coffee, snuff and tea all day. Fun Fun

Nope have to come back after I get off at 3 and pick up my truck. I am dropping it off at the dealers at 7 so hopefully they will be done by 3 and I can head home.

Took some time off to heal the shoulders. Didn’t appear to help at all. Felt worse today than ever. Did start a new job today, though.

Terrible. I’m in training M-F for like 7 weeks, and then I’ll be getting a day off during the week. I’m going to have to go see somebody about it then, I think. What sucks is that we are supposed to be closing on the house really soon. Moving is going to be a bitch.

Are you icing it at night? Taking NSAIDS? Doing all the rehab stuff?

Maybe you are going to have to just concentrate on lower body for awhile. Great to hear about the house, I know it has been driving you crazy.
