Guess I’ll start another log. Got some goals to track and no better place that good old TN.
Guys at work started a biggest loser contest which I didn’t expect anyone to follow through with but today found out that one guy has lost 15lbs and another has lost 11lbs. Myself I’d lost 6 or so pounds and relaxed. Now that there is a real competition need to get my act together.
Will be running DC for old guys (I made that name up) just a higher rep DC style program with HIIT on off days and steady state cardio on working days.
Will get a current weight tomorrow morning.
Calorie goals: 2020 per day, fat and proteins mostly.

Last few days have been suck. Wife went into the hospital Thursday morning with vomiting, diarrhea and talking crazy. After a day and a half we found out that she had some swelling of the brain from radiation causing the problems and some roids later she’s back to normal. She’s still in the hospital so they can make sure they’ve got everything under control.
Needless to say my diet has sucked mostly because I haven’t eaten much. Here it is 2p and I’ve had a hand full of almonds to eat all day.

No training or cardio except from walking around the hospital for hours on end.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers everyone. She is home now and doing 100% better. It was swelling on the brain due to radiation and is now under control with a steroid. I’m back at work and in my routine. Plan on hitting the gym this afternoon and eating like I should.

This went as to be expected after 4 days of little food and lots of stress, frustrating. Not going to linger on it, it is what it is. Trying to milk a little bit of positive out of it, the deads might as well have been beltless, lost enough inches I need to adjust my belt down, it was doing little to nothing. The only thing about the lever belt that sucks, can’t just go to the next hole, gotta use a screw driver.

I don’t like these numbers, way to little proteins way to many carbs. Going to take a good look at my diet, while low calorie I need nearly 100g more protein at least.
