So i worked out the other day, and did hang cleans, and some 1-leg squats/stepups. I felt fine after the workout, and when i woke up the next day, i had a weird pain.
At first i thought it was a hernia because its right above my groin just above the crease between my torso and my leg. But I felt around, and also noticed it doesn’t hurt at all when i flex my abs, cough, or do various movements.
The main time when it hurts, is when im walking, mainly picking up my foot for the first few inches. I did some research and I thought it might be my psoas, and have been stretching it which may or may not help (my hip flexors are insanely tight).
The pain is only about 3/10 so it doesn’t seem to be a big deal, i just want to get your guys input. If it doesn’t go away in a week or so, i’ll have to go to the doctor.
Also, I was able to do a relatively heavy deadlift workout today with no problems.
Is it likely a mild strain or tight muscle?
