Does anyone know the size relationship between ones chest, arms and legs for one to be “proportional?”

You legs should be 40 cc, your chest should be 28.659 cc’s, and your arms should be 22.78.534 cc’s, or at least have that relationship.
Just give the person a straight answer…
try that, it has a calc at the bottom. Nothing is ever 100% exact, but it gives a rough idea
