Program Help, Limited Equipment

Do you want to look strong/powerful or be strong/powerful? Or is it strength and athleticism?

I’m having trouble figuring out what exactly your current goal is?

For athleticism I like:
Olympic lifts
Plyometrics - Lot of jumping variations
Strongman training (Tires/sleds/sledge hammer/etc…)
