I’ve been bulking for ages now and got up to 220lbs. I achieved one of my most important goals putting 2 inches on my arms but recently i’ve been trying to lose some fat and gain muscle before I started Berardi’s get shredded diet to get lean enough to start bulking again and i’ve accepted that i’m not going to put much if any muscle on whilst on this diet so I’m not really sure how to train as I want to get lean purely so I can bulk up without going over 20%bf .
Train hard heavy and smart listening to your body even more so during a calorie deficite and let the eating like a bird and possible added cardio take the fat off let the weights aid in keeping the muscle.

He is going on a cutting diet and has realised that he is not going to put on any muscle while on this diet but he is only cutting so that he can start putting on muscle again and he wants to know if there is any specific training that he should use while he is cutting and not putting on any muscle so he can start putting on muscle when he stops cutting. (passes out from lack of oxygen)

I thought he meant he was going to do the massive eating diet gained two inches on his arm but lost an ab and now hes on the get shredded diet then went on the velocity diet for his next bulk and wants to know if ripped rugged and dense would help him get hooge.
