Mass or Do I Stop and Cut?


Hi guys this is my first time hear so place be nice> (Am 32 years old)
I was 185 2 years ago> Now am 226 lbs 6 feet chest is 50 inches and 18 1/2 inches Arms. and 28 inches legs. 36 waist.
I have but on a lot of mass, but now am getting a belly, and getting scared.

My question is, do i stop taking mass, and give my body a brick, and start cutting, or do i stay on the path and take Mass.

My Goal is 250, But i don’t see wear i can but 24 more ponds of mass i think it’s going to go in my belly> I hop you guys now what am talking about.
1 more thing, If i have been taking in Mass a’ lot , do i have to stop and give my body a brick, In 1 1/2 year i have but on 40 lbs
and now it stopped, do i have to stop for a will and then start up again>

why is ur goal 250… for strength or physique reasons

are ur goals professional or recreational?

I would say keep going to 250 while watching your waist, then cut.

I have no idea what your talking about in general tho.

I would like to be 250, but my question is do i have to take a brake form taking mass? And cut, before i come FAT?

Well if your puting on to much fat you could just maintain for a couple weeks no need to cut.

Dude…you concentrated too much on the shoulders and biceps and not enough on your abs…so old school.

Why don’t you give us an idea of what you do for your training and eating habits. You don’t have to go extreme either way, for example you could back off the bulking for a short time and go into maintenance mode with hard training and your body composition may change some.

More details would definately help.

The bottom line is do i have to cut, or can i just do what am doing>

I sleep at 10:00 pm and get up at 9:30 So i get a lot of sleep!
I eat 5 to 6 eggs all most aver morning plus oatmeal, 10:00 am
Then at 12:00 chicken 3 or 4 times a week or a big sub at subway>and a big cup of weight gainer> and creatine aver day.

And at 3:00 sometimes a couple of banns ?
And at 5:00 i go 2 the Gym Monday Chest, Tuesday Legs and abs, Wednesday off. Thursday biceps and triceps. < and Friday back and shoulders>

And go home and eat meat or chicken and some rice, potatoes and salad, or some other days Pasta>, Not all on the same time, but just to give you a idea>

You would look good either way man. More mass is always good, but I think you have enough LBM to look good if you cut too.

BTW- nobody is ever fully satisfied with how big they are once the cut. That’s why everyone does bulking cycles every year.

Do what you please. I say cut, though.

When your stuck on gaining mass, do you go on the steroids>? to give you buss ?(Or like we say a kick in the ass) to jump out of the rut?

I have been eating and taking shacks like protein and weight gainers, for about a year.and eating very good 6 times a day<
So now am stuck on 226, What do i do, do i eat more, do i take 2 shacks instead of 1< any ides would help.

Agreed, when you can’t see your abs any more then cut

“getting a belly” getting scared" = lose weight till you like the way you look.

I’m going to disagree with everyone who’s saying cut.

Especially the “when you can’t see your abs, cut.”

If you wanna bulk up to a monster then bulk up, belly be damned.

My personal rule, as long as your pecs stick out further than your gut you’re okay.

Why cut? If you’re worried about the belly, maybe try a different diet. You can bulk a bunch of ways. Shake things up and try different things. Maybe you can grow and trim the stomach. There’s a concept for you.lol

I rarely use swear words, but what the fuck is a “shack?”

MTTP, I would ordinarily say keep bulking, because the simple fact of the matter is that doing so would be the quickest route to weighing 250. If you dieted down, then your weight would decrease, and rather than needing to gain 24 pounds, you’d probably need to gain 40 or 50. It’s quite simple, really.

However, the fact that continuing to bulk scares you changes everything. Please elaborate on why this scares you. This tells us that you are seriously lacking confidence regarding your decision, and if you don’t believe in yourself regarding your goals, your results will suffer quite a bit as a result.

i think english is his second language, right? when i was in high school my class went to quebec and they spoke english the way you spell lol. shack, brick wtf but id say keep bulking to 250. Maybe you could just incorperate some cardio into your regimen and keep eating to grow. oh yah nice mass!
