Still going great. Legs’ll catch up with the back soon.
I visit your log for the food pics.
That is massive eating. 4 chicken breasts and lasagna? damn.
Nice work with the pulls. Ab work is sheer torture!

Got badly dehydrated playing flag football yesterday and I’m dragging ass today. Got to the gym, got it done and got the hell out. Now to go home and die.
I, too, love my food. Most of the women on PW have to watch everything they eat. So they don’t like to hear me bragging about my filet mignon and ice cream.
Sounds like the end of another successful cycle, Joe.
Good work!
PR’s before dying? those do not sound like the words of a dying man Joe. Snap - I had pasta with tomatoe sauce loaded with market fresh sausage and half a bottle of wine shhhh! keep it on the down low. lol.

good lifting, rest up, but not for to long

It feels like an affair, nlmain, talking behind everyone’s back about our delicious eats.

Dinner last night. Two flatbread pizzas, one mozzerella and bacon with italian herbs and the second was refried beans covered in mexican cheeses.
Pics don’t look good but it was outstanding.

What do you want on your tombstone?
Thanks hel, thats a great pic.
Snapper and N., I see what you did there. What? You guys don’t want to hear about my tuna and spinach salad lunch, with a drizzle of balsamic and dollop of quinoa on the side? I’m crushed.
Joe, there is no shame in dumping 300 on the rails. There is shame in dumping 115 on the rails. Ask me how I know this.
Those pizzas look good to me. I’d love to have one right now. Flag football is tough. Tons of sprinting. I can only imagine you’d feel dehydrated and tired the day after a game.
That is a good looking dinner, beat the 2 steamed chicken breasts and vegetables I had for dinner last night. Even with the Tabasco sauce.

How do you know this? ![]()
The thing is I dumped it, not because I couldn’t lift it, but because I just lost my balance by a hair.

That sounds pretty rough, UN.
