Doing any ab work? Sometimes I miss a squat because the middle is brittle.

I thought this might be the issue. Any suggestions on specific exercises? I am willing to destroy my abs to up my squat.

Ab wheel, overhead press holds for time and pause squats with less than max seem to be working it pretty good for me.

various Ab work. I think I’m going to start these rack pulls on a 5/3/1 schedule like the rest of my lifting. Ab work is a work in progress.

I did just the opposite by doing deficit deads for a couple of 531 cycles to strengthen my pull from the floor. Worked wonders when I reverted back to regular deads. I blew past my old wall, and haven’t had any problems since.

did you shit yourself? Is that what you mean by crappy if not looks fine to me
