There’s a sweet spot for s2w ratio that start’s right about there. It’s the beginning of the Continuum of Awesomeness that starts at 3lbs of bodyweight per inch of height.
This idea is not mine, it comes from big guys who write about this stuff.
Guess I need to gain 82 lb. to be at my peak of awesomeness.
Joe: Those are sweet dips! I hope to someday be able to do a bodyweight dip again.
Keep the vids coming. How 'bout some posing vids?

I hit my peak of awesomeness and rolled right on by it. You can borrow some of my awesomeness if you want to. In other circles, they just refer to awesomeness as “fat.”

Too much talk about fat and body weight over here
And that whole “mind over matter” thing is BS. I have been wishing and willing my fat away for months. It ain’t working.
Once I get to 300# on MP, I will think about dropping some. Nah…who am I trying to kid. Then I will want 315#. After THAT, I will try to drop some weight…lol.
Looking good, Joe. And your biceps are huge compared to mine.

Damn, Joe. That’s a lot of chest work. I’m hurtin’ for you.
I think I’m going to feel it in my shoulders more than anywhere else.
Do you bring the bar down to your chest on BB inclines?
I, myself, don’t do BB inclines. It destroys my shoulders. But I think that is more a function of the pathetic bench I have for incline work.
If I remember correctly, though, I hit my chest, back when I used to do them. But I had to bow my chest out to do so. Otherwise, the bar got out in front of me and ended up in my lap. And that was with a pretty steep incline. A lower incline might make it easier.
