I set a new standard in bad form today on the money set. I WILL be resetting my training max next cycle and probably leaving the BBB format for milies. Most likely I’ll also be resetting my bench and maybe my squat to work on form some. We’ll see.

Switched Gm’s out for SLDL’s to try and hit my hammies a little harder and to take some of the load off my low back. I’m going to have to lift six days in a row this week because of the Monday holiday so let’s hope I don’t miss any numbers because of it.

This quote (from JPeggEFS) really resonated with me: “As far as the technique work, it is FAR easier to get stronger and add pounds to the bar with form improvements than it is to grind through shit form and try to add strength.” My .02 is that this is super-duper, ultra-true for the squat.

Kudos on the “rock star status” Joe -without a doubt, more women post in your thread than anyone else’s in the old folks’ home. Either it’s the big Guns…or the capris! :wink:

Yeah, I’m going to try and clean up my form a bit so that it doesn’t fall apart as I go heavier. I’m also going to try and up my intensity on them to compensate for the lighter weight.
