I set a new standard in bad form today on the money set. I WILL be resetting my training max next cycle and probably leaving the BBB format for milies. Most likely I’ll also be resetting my bench and maybe my squat to work on form some. We’ll see.

Yeah, I’m going to try and clean up my form a bit so that it doesn’t fall apart as I go heavier. I’m also going to try and up my intensity on them to compensate for the lighter weight.
