I could use a rack or two right now.
Wave 2-Cycle 2-Week 1-Day 1
Milies
5x95
5x110
7x125
1x145
1x155

4x215

I rushed through my first sets of milies and it cost me an eigth rep on the money set and that would have been a PR but live and learn. I got a couple of MEGA cheap PR’s but on a day where I really didn’t feel it I’ll take them.
I cant wait till I get to a point that I can figure out for sure if what I am doing is a p/r or not I have this bad habit of not staying on a program long enought to tell…

Good job on the Millies “PR”
- 14 reps on the krocs is good stuff. Cheap PR’s don’t exist in my book. you added reps, claim em.

x2
I’m also obsessed about my back position on deadlifts. Keep videoing from the side regularly as you make little tweaks. Like ouroboro, I learned to set up a little bit higher and that has helped me alot.
Nice PRs! And, finally a picture of fried chicken.
Joe, I want to see the “DB Snatch.”

Is that for real or are you just teasing him? If you’re looking for DB snatches check out Ms. Quebec’s log over in PW.
Joe, I’ll take PRs where ever I can get them. Growth is by increments. That’s why I’ve started tracking total reps within a fixed number of sets. Plus it just makes me feel better about myself.

Man - you are really pulling away from me on these deads now. that 396 at the meet was pretty damn close to my absolute max and here you just hit a +15# PR at 425
great pullin’!
I gotta get a move on. He’s catching me.
Great work. Not as impressive as a “DB Snatch,” but great work, none the less.
