And BBQ sauce can drown a lot of sorrows. Throw in a beer and you can be almost invincible.

I miss good pork BBQ. Seems that here, pork usually comes as “pulled pork”. It has, apparently, been boiled to oblivion. The only fire it sees is for coloring and a smidge of smokiness. Texture is ruined and so much of the goodness lost.
When I head home (GA), at the end of the month, there will be much pork consumed.

I have no idea why, but I’m starting to get hungry! I gotta see if there’s anything in the frige.

Btw, good bench 300# not far away.
