Look at that! He resets his training max and pops out 2 PRs.
Interesting pyramid you did there Joe, repping out on he money set and then again at the bottom of the pyramid. I don’t recall that from the e-book better watch out for mj, he might call you out for being a revisionist!

Verily this idea came from the wise Kroc and has been endorsed by the Exhalted Wendler himself.
I’ve been fighting off a tiny summer cold for a couple of days and not being able to breathe cost me a rep or two on the money set. Still all in all a pretty solid day.
Got a sharp pain in my left glute on rep 6 of my money set, managed to grind out 5 more reps and got all my work in. Scared me for a second and cost me a couple of reps but I stretched and I think its fine.

nice work - get rhonda to massage it out for you
ROFL, thanks but the wife might object to that…
I can’t say I’d be cool with that either. I’m strictly hands off my stuff. Although, if you were allowed to partake in any extra glute massaging, Ronda would be the person I’d recommend. It’s great to have a friend that supports you in your progress. They more people doing it, the better.
