Do you have any references or links to Medieval Combat techniques? As I understand it, Europe used to have sword and hand to hand fighting styles very similar to what’s now taught in the far east, but I’m not sure where to look for real info.

I pull from the floor on Tuesdays but I like how rack pulls also hit my back so I mid-shin pull on Saturdays. Plus my glutes really need the extra work.

cheese is the source of old lardass strength, or what there is of it…

that is impressive volume on deads day. does the pain linger over to squat day when you do that? I don’t have the recovery for that kind of volume. looking good.

Wednesday is my no lifting day so by the time I get to squat on Friday I’m pretty much fine. Now Rack Pulling on Saturday after squatting the day before can be an adventure.
