Pretty Little Hate Machine

I stop reading for a couple of weeks and return to more show off deadlift videos. They’re looking good but damn your arms are short.

The pasta is nice. I’ve been gorging lately on alfredo with shrimp.

How’s the young gym girl friend doing?

Now for story time with Joe.

A very cute young lady comes into the rec center, jumps up and grabs the bar and does five old school chin over the bar chin ups. So I casually say “Thats freaking impressive” and we have a short conversation. In the meantime several of the brotards I know seem to find her very attractive. so I try to get them into teh conversation because I’m helpful like that.

Then I get to stand there while they made compete tools of themselves.

I was ashamed to be male.[/quote]
You tried. Some people are genetically programmed to be tools. Most people out grow it. You did your good deed.

It’s not like we weren’t all tools in our youth. I wish I drank enough to forget how awkward I was.

I never realized my arms were short until you mentioned it. Now I feel like a T-Rex…

Oh I meant to tell you guys about yesterday.

The rec center was hosting a bunch of dance teams while I was Rack Pulling. So the whole building was full of middle school and high school girls running wild.

Right as I was leaving a ten or a eleven year old girl looks through the glass at the people lifting as starts making faces while doing a most muscular pose. So as a walk out the door I make a face at her and her friends and hit a most muscular.

They screamed and started laughing their heads off. It was really, really funy and I laughed about it the whole day.

Thanks, I’ve been trying to work on my form while not having to drop the weight to low. Journey of a thousand steps and all.

That is funny. Kids are hilarious. Thanks for the smile.

How about posting a video re-enactment?

These kids were running wild, in the good way, all through the rec center.

Kids love me, it’s adults that drive me out of the village with torches and pitchforks.

During the school year its kind of annoying because the brotard level is very high. During the summers though it holds all sorts of AAU and other athletic comps so you get to see tons of kids having fun.

Lots of right-thigh flashing.

Looks like you’re “hitching” a bit at the top of your heavier DLs. [My coach would kill me if he knew I used such a term.] Almost looks like you have some slackness in your biceps. Or are you shrugging some at the top? Is that your sticking point?

Sounds like you’re developing quite a reputation with the young girls at the gym.

Snapper, what I “think” it is is that my grip is failing as I get higher in the weights and I’m shrugging back a bit to help out.

I have gotten absolutely paranoid about my arms bending so I hope its not that.

I’m doing Rack Pulls on Saturdays and DLing on tuesday which I cannot continue to do every week but I cannot figure out where to put RAck Pulls in my program.

Sunday- Flag Football

This Sunday was flag footbal and I’m going to post it as a workout because it was stupidly hot yesterday. Now I’m born and raised in the south so I’m used to hot and humid summers but this was insane. The thermometer in one guys SUV read 97 and it was very humid even for an Alabama summer.

So two hours in the direct sunlight under those circumstances has to count for something.
