I’ve been looking to get into doing some powerlifting when I’m working out but I’m not exactly positive how to do most of the exercises. So I was hoping that someone would have some explanations and maybe some pics of how they’re are done and what muscles they work on. Thanks in Advance
Well what exactly dont you know how to do. Are we talking the simple big three (bench, squat, and dead) or more of the supplementary stuff???
I suggest you look in the authors library and look at anything by Dave Tate that will give you a great start and come back here with more specifics.

He must mean Olympic lifting
Ok I guess I need to clear things up a little bit. I know the 3 big lifts (squats, deads, bench) so I guess I’m looking more for olympic lifts. Hope that helps, thanks
