Hi, there are quite a lot of exercises that I would like to do but have no idea what they are and how to do them. I have emailed Coach Davies about them but he seems to be a bit busy with other things at the moment so I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do these: Mountain Climbers (GPP), Dumbbell push-up, Cross-over push-up, Rope-pulls, Depletion push-ups, Bradford press.
Also, does anyone know a website which has detailed instructions on how to do the olympic lifts (hang cleans, power cleans, snatches). I have tried searching on this website but I could not find anything.

I am not doubting Coach Davies power of description but I would think that you would be much better off having a qualified coach show you the barbell olympic lifts, even if you had to spend a few dollars.
