Posture and Scapula Problem


lots of friends told me ur shoulders r rolled forward and u ve to get ur shoulders big and fix ur posture lately i ve been having a pain in ma left side back i dont know its serious how can i set ma posture and scapula right i will post some pics and is it dat bad
and they said ma shoulders needs to get higher cuz they r down sry for ma english i dont speak it very well thanks in advance

second this is not a grammer class i am asking for help with posture and with pics there is no complexity in it !!!

In your last post you obviously didn’t have much trouble typing correctly and using proper grammer. Also, your pictures don’t really offer much insight, not to mention you don’t give any training history, etc. There is a reason your thread hasn’t been responded to with anything of quality.

Here is some advice as to not leave you completely clueless in terms of your initial question: Search this site for articles regarding proper posture (the “Neaderthal no more” series would be a great start) and look to put on some considerable muscle mass, especially in your back, before questioning too much more.
