  3. Misc. herbs - Opti-Male multi-vitamin from Optimum (has some herbs in it - grape seed, etc.) is okay. I like it because of the variety of ingredients. The Opti-Packs by Vitamin Health Centers are probably my favorite vitamin, though. For individual herbs, I’ve used the Vitamin Shoppe and never had any complaints.

I’ve used Vitex Brand Chaste-Berry extract (under the herbal heading).

I use the Glucosamine from Costco on a daily basis.

  1. GNC in Canada have an interesting glutamine mix called Cell-Vol (free form, peptides, glycine, L-Dopa, D-pinitol)

I have used glucosamine + chondroitin. It seemed to work well, and I’ve been meaning to get some more. I used the Sam’s Club brand Member’s Mark.
