This thread was a very interesting read. I had my first BioSig test done yesterday, resulting in a few adjustments to my food and supplements. Based on the sig test I’m at 16%BF (an electrical impedence test had me at 12.5% and my home scale 15%). Looking forward to seeing whether this helps with body comp, energy, etc.

What were your priority sites?

Chest and legs, so I’m taking zinc, HCL and a handful of other things. Going to try his beta-alanine before my workout tomorrow morning. Follow-up in two weeks.

what other things centurion?

Here is the full list:

-Zinc (2 caps breakfast and dinner)
-Multi (2 caps breakfast, lunch, dinner)
-UberMag (magnesium) (3 caps dinner and before bed)
-Mega D3 (5 caps twice/week)
-HCL (3 caps/meal mid-meal)
-Curcumin (2 caps breakfast)
-Methylator support (1 cap breakfast)
-Green Tea (two with breakfast, one with lunch)
-Fish Oil - breakfast and dinner

I tried the beta-alanine this morning, but didn’t really notice anything.

now that im under 10% and have excellent insulin sensitivity (blood tests) i will be adding in quadricarb PWO @ 100g

hopefully help me gain more lean mass while maintaining fat mass

I was told that I should expect ‘tingling’ with the beta-alanine. I tried 8 the first time, then 10 today - I think it helped my recovery today, but no tingling. Any suggestions on the appropriate dose for this?

working full time now! I have some extra cash, can anyone recomend a good estrogen protocol, my quads/hams are still my worst sites.

i have done DIM+cal-D and fiber before. is there anything else? im already on resveratrol

I ordered my estrogen detox package.

I ordered enough to last 60 days with DIM @ 2 caps, 3 times/day, Cal-D Glucarate @ 3 caps/day and Estro-Defense @ 3/day. I will be using fiber from the bulk bins at a health food store and rotating between psylium husk powder, flax-seed and chia-seed. with a little left over to “taper” off of the detox.

Hopefully i can get some good results and finally get my quad and Ham under 10mm with the rest of my skin-folds

ugh, I absolutely hate RDL’s. Nothing makes my hamstrings more sore.

I had my biosig two-week re-test yesterday. Interesting results. BF down 1.7%. My top focus point after the initial assessment was pecs, and the skinfold measurement there dropped 4.2mm, from 10 to 5.8 Weight stayed the same, so I’m up 2.4lbs of lean mass. My focus points have changed with calves now being the top, so now my focus is on improving sleep quality, and I stared gaba from yesterday in addition to the magnesium. So far so good.

Acetyl L Carnitine ( thought I read Poliquin advising it for quad fat-loss, but am having trouble finding the proof)

TRAINING
Heavy Isos 30sec-60sec (Bud Jeffries theory, he says from his findings its the closest thing to specific spot fat-loss training, so maybe top back squat position, squeezing the hell out of leg muscles or zercher squat bottom position squeezing like hell )

1.5s with back squats and/or single leg squats

Heavy partials

Sled work

Incline Sprints or stair sprints

All i could think of right now…

Please offer your insight/critique about what I mentioned, am definitely open to hear from someone else who also respects Poliquin’s advice

only 2 more workouts on the slant-board and ill start doing regular squats
