Just wondering how you know when to titer up? Or maintain dose? are you looking at bf % for example or any specific signs/ symptoms/ effects?

should be interesting, im stronger, and i feel a little leaner, but i have been working tones and had a lot of problems in my personal life over the last few weeks which have negatively effected recovery/appetite. I have lost about 4lbs in a pretty short period of time.
Hopefully I still make some good progress
went for 136.5 a few minutes latter to break the 300lbs barrier, but just didnt have it in me today.
got my skin-folds done the other day.
down to 11% unfortunately almost half of the 4 pounds i lost from stress was lean-mass
here are my videos from test day
failed 182/400 a few minutes later
so I just started my 12 week program which will end on my birthday.
in order to get to my goal of single digit body fat @ 200lbs, I will have to gain 4.1lbs or lean mass and loose 2.1lbs of fat mass.
Im pretty confident as the last time I did this program i went from 13.8% to 11.6% while gaining 3 lbs

ill think about it. the thing is that im employed as a stregth and conditioning coach as well as a personal trainer. So my programs are a fairly large part of how I make a living so giving them out for free on the internet isnt really what I want to do.

3 workouts in to my 48 workout program. already gained a few lbs from my apitite skyrocketing! but i feel leaner haha. its probably in my head.
The DOMS in insane so far, loving it!

Yes, I am in Calgary. And yes, I am welcoming all clients. If it is program design, or full personal training etc…
finished the first 12 workouts of my 48 workout program with great success. Strength is up!
And according to the skin-folds i have gone from 198 @ 11% to 199 @ 10.6% and I have not had a carb-up so its likely that i have gained more then 1 pound
I have another 9 weeks to gain 2lbs of lean mass and loose 1lb of fat mass.
