Maxi: No, haha, it will go away. Some people have never heard of magnesium nightmares but I had them pretty bad. I got to talk to poliquin in person about them. I was nervous to give it to people with PTSD.

In one nightmare I beat a mans face in with a shovel. I can still remembering him whimpering and choking on the blood, the sounds of his teeth, jaw and eye sockets breaking. How my arms felt. What it felt like to have the blood mist me as I pushed the shovel through his head into the dirt behind him.

I woke up like I slept for 24 hours and got hand jobs all night. Everyone asked “dude youre so calm today whats up?!” I said, I just fucking brutally murdered someone in my sleep but I feel fantastic!!

I only got them twice. Up the dosage and they go away. Its like a test.

I would also like to clarify that i have not bailed on biosig. but that my current income doesnt allow my to buy the supplements and i am trying to address my issues through diet, sleep, training, infared sauna etc…

Man I would love to have a track to do prowler and sled pulls on. The gym I go to has a nice blacktop parking lot and I’m not sure if they’d let me drag my sled around. Backwards sled drags are one of my favorites for the quads/vmo. I also was inspired to do some back squats today with very controlled tempo/form and I nailed 315x1.

ya i love the facility i get to train in. Its where the canadian national speed skating, bobsled, wrestling and several other sports train.

hey guys, got my skin-folds back.

gained 2lbs from the last time and percentage stayed exactly the same at 11.6% @ 202lbs

so in the last 5 weeks i have gained 1.8lbs of lean-mass and gained 0.2lbs of fat mass.

im pretty happy with this as im on a strength program, NOT a body comp or hypertrophy program :slight_smile:

And this was just from magnesium?? I bathe in poliquin topical magnesium and still can’t sleep at all.

yep. Something else is wrong with ya then. Magnesium is a typical/usual fix for sleep problems.

You having problems falling asleep? mind racing? Tossing? I would need a sleep report from you to be able to help or else im guessing.

Mostly just waking up in the night…feeling unusually rested after 4 hrs sleep only, lol. Doesn’t matter when I go to bed. I’ve already done the work to fix the mind racing and inability to fall asleep.

My problem is that somewhere along the line I’ve re-trained my sleep habits and my body has somehow adapted. I’ve already used every medical avenue available in my city. Nothing comes up.

So the powerlifting competition on october 5th has been cancelled. :frowning:

and i do not have the time with work right now to travel for one. So i just finished writing up a 12 week plan which im positive will finally get me to my goal for single digit body-fat Percentage at atleast 200lbs.

I will finish my current back squat and close grip bench program on August 24th and will start the 12 week program soon after.

finally going to hit my long term goal. just need to add another few lbs of lean mass while loosing a few more lbs of fat mass. sooo close

Does anyone know the dosage of calcium d glucarate and dim recommended for estrogen removal? I’ve been looking around on CP’s site, but it seems like the articles have been removed?

overdrive: CDG = 1-2 caps 3xs a day
DIM = 1-6 caps daily (titrate up starting a 1 cap a day)
