Maxi: different ways you can go
2 pumps behind each knee about 3 mins before bed.
1 pump in each elbow pit and 1 pump on both sides of the neck on the carotid artery.
I do number two, the product works by bypassing the gut barrier for those who have shitty digestion. The idea is to put it on places on the body where there is thin skin, that’s why Poliquin recommends the bottoms of kids feet to help them sleep, so I thought about where drug users shoot up, where can I rub it into a vein possibly.
Let me know if you get magnesium nightmares! Have fun, shit works pretty well.
I am trying this because A) I have never tried it before. B) I have issues with insulin resistance and this is one avenue I have not tried. C) I have lousy digestion and I am cramping terribly so taking supps orally may not work.

tork: you scared all the ladies away!!
looks like youre a little shy of full extension in the hips, but you way stronger than me!
Any tips on preventing starfishes? Where you legs jump out to your sides and you almost do the splits? ;)
in a gym like this if you scare them away, there will be plenty more sexy ladies to take their place haha.
try doing cleans without moving the feet at all. wont be able to use much weight, but once that feels natural the foot movement should be better when you go back to moving the feet

how much money/time have you spent on biosignature? would you say it was worth the costs?
its hard to say for sure. the answer is LOTS, and imo, probably not. I will continue the skin-fold testing as well as the key sups like zinc, mag, and HCL, but all the other protocols i tried were relatively ineffective for me.
I dont regret it though as I learned A TON and i wouldnt be were i am not without it.
