Steve,
I fix elbow tendinitis all the time through a comination of Trigenics and Prolotherapy if necessary.
It shouldnt be too difficult. Trigenics is a step beyond ART and I highly recommend you find a pracitioner
I guarantee you’ll feel better after a few weeks of treatment.

thank you Dr. Jamie and tork. I had one ART treatment when it was about 95% better and it didn’t really do much for me. Actually didn’t even hurt that bad so I felt I was healed and went back to lifting but its still there. I can do just about everything except heavy curls and chinups. I’ll try to find this Trigenics you speak of.

Hi Dr.,
Could you describe the difference between Trigenics and ART ? Why is it better than ART ?
I have a question for any of you Poliquin beasts, any of you please feel to free to comment.
I have a female friend (no, she is really a friend) who is interested in taking Poliquin supplements to address some her issues.
My question is, does her being a female (her bodyweight is probably 135 lbs) change the doses for the supplements ?
She has insulin issues, so I was thinking of Fenuplex, Insulinomics, and Fish Oil to start off. Normally I take 2 Fen, 2 Insulinomics, and fish oil 3 times per day as a combo with food. Would she take the same dose ? Or because she is smaller, would she take 1 pill of each, 3 times a day ?
Maxi: Before dosing her up what does her diet look like?
What does her sleep look like?
What does her stress look like?
Fish oil is a go any time - any where but need to know more about food.

She is a stressed out mess, and her diet probably needs tuning up.
The thing is, when she is in game mode, she goes hard with food, training, and supplementation.
She was a former gymnast being groomed to be in the Olympics, but an injury ended that.
Her weight is ALL in the abdomen, so I was thinking she has cortisol, insulin, and probably impaired glucose tolerance.
I would implement small lifestyle changes, something like a precision nutrition route. I have never really felt or got shit out of the insulin products. There are other pathways I would rather take like mitigate cortisol through supplements and distressing activities and lower carbs systematically through diet.
If she’s stressed she needs to focus on things she can be positive about and accomplish. Women and stress = the fucking worst!!
They do it all the time and they aren’t built for it. It sounds macho but they are literally designed to stay home and keep cool. Physiologically they handle stress way different. Obviously not every woman lumped into one group but Im talking majority.
Get her:
upon waking, drink 2 glasses of water.
Bfast: Meat and nuts Bfast.
She may have shitty gut health, especially from stress and shit diet, so I would say its probably best to shift her focus towards a clean gut tract rather than try to block or shuttle insulin through those supps you were thinking. she wants to start functioning normally in the gut; no bloating, less gas, bathroom 2-3 times etc.
Once she can do the above habits for like 2 weeks, then progress her. If you slam her with a low carb, high workout, large supplement list she may feel overwhelmed. Obviously you know her better than I do but I consistently see this in women. They need hugs and small progressions so they can feel like they are succeeding or else guilt and failure mentalities will set in and take over.
For anyone interested I am keeping an Indigo log under my same name, hips. If you guys have questions or want to start a chat that would be the best way to reach me as I am trying to update it daily.

Are you going to be using Biosig as well with Indigo ?
2 workouts left on my 12 week plan, then ill get skin-folds and test a few lifts next week.
then i have a friend and fellow strength coach with the canadian sports centre working my my next program which will be squats/leg strength focused.
hoping for 11.9% or less
Maxi: Oh yes! I got down to 8% on Biosig (tweaked) before so I will just be using Indigo as a supplement. I still have to include some other stuff, mostly herbs and such to clean or clear pathways. I don’t think I am doing any super crazy ![]()

I use Poliquin Biosig supplements with Flameout and HOT-ROX and I got pretty lean. But my love handles would not budge, they are probably the last to go.
Maxi: Something else is up. Probably not going to get love handle results from that combo (although I don’t know what other supplements you were on) without diet manipulation. Usually insulin is handled strictly through nutrition, its hard to get someone to respond without sorting out their carbs, in my experience any way. I have yet to find a supp that sure fire can negate the effects of insulin without a change in diet. If it existed it would cure the US of its obesity problem. Love handles and most other issues in fact are cleaned up through nutrition. Supplements are nails, food is the wood for the house.
Tork: Ill be trying some dips like that manana, maybe Ill post em ![]()
strength is up a ton, in every exercise.
Was supposed to have skin-folds this morning, but as Calgary has been hit by some major flooding ill have to push it back a few days as my practitioner had to be evacuated from his home and obviously has bigger priorities then taking my skin-folds.
got skin-folds this morning. looks pretty darn good over all
every site is down except for calf (up 0.6) and ham (up 1.9) which is a bit frustrating since they were already my 2 worst sites, but im still happy since the total bodyfat %age is definitely down from 3 weeks ago. Will have to wait a few hours for my prac to email me the final results but im sure its down nicely!
ill post the actual numbers when i get them.
ok guys, down to 11.6, so really happy with that!
chin: 5.5
cheek: 8.0
pec: 3.9
tricep: 8.6
sub-scap: 9.8
mid-ax: 6.3
supra: 10.5
umb: 9.1
knee: 4.8
calf: 9.2
quad: 13.8
ham: 16.2
Weight: 200lbs
lean mass: 176.7
so again, everything is down except for calf, ham and knee, with ham being up almost 2mm. very odd…
