You’re calf is #1 priority… Don’t know what your BioSig guy is telling you (#2 is hamstring, and #3 is quad).
I’d look at the health of your liver and gut (check for gut dysbiosis). Makes it harder to absorb zinc and mag (thus levels stay relatively low) and they produce toxins which stress the liver and make estrogen detox more difficult.
What does the calf represent, as far as hormones or imbalances ? Do tell please.
Calf is related to IGF-1 the active form of growth hormone.
Poor sleep does mean less GH, therefore less IGF-1.
A good lactic acid workout will increase GH and therefore IGF-1.
GH is converted to IGF-1 in the liver, therefore poor liver health and/or toxicity can impair this conversion.

I thought Knee-cap was IGF-1. Knee cap is on of my best.
what might be some reasoning behind one being my worst and one being my best?

Ehhh… Knee cap isn’t correlated to IGF-1. Knee cap is more correlated to toxicity. We see it go up once a person starts losing fat. I once measured an alcoholic who abused his body, his knee cap was a 17! And yes I am a BioSig practitioner…
I notice that Poliquin has numerous supplements for Estrogen detox for me, is there one you recommend, or a combination of a few you would suggest ? I had pretty good results with DIM + Calc D Gluc.

Hopefully I’m not breaking any rules, but all the supplements work - they’re just minor variations of each other. You need to have hands on experience with a person to see which estrogen detox supps will work best for them. For example, I find DIM works best for quad based fat - but isn’t the best option for hamstring fat (though both are estrogen sites).

Got it, which supplement do you think is best for glute/hip fat ?
Its tough to say without seeing you in person and knowing more about you. I’d first focus on making sure you have adequate levels of vitamin D, magnesium, and zinc though.
I have done both, it is pretty much one of my main go-to fuck-estrogen supps. Leaner pinch site areas, chest, tri, legs. I don’t know if there has been other uptakes such as libido or anything but it is one of the main ones we use over all to detox E.

So you use this as your go-to supp to manage Estrogen, how do you take this ? How many pills per day, or per meal ? Taken with food ?
did the calculations, and im currently 6.1lbs of fat and 3.1lbs of lean-mass away from my 10% @200lbs goal. getting there. I have 3 weeks left on my 12 week plan, and even though i wont hit the goal by then, im hoping to be under 12%.
Also looked back at my older files and my Sum of 12 skin-folds are now exactly half of what they were in my first bio-sig reading!

tork what kind of shoes do you lift in?
nike romaleos 2, I have had Adidas before and i actually feel that the adidas might be better for the Classic lifts (snatch and clean+jerk) since they are lighter and more flexable, but i feel like the Nikes are a better choice if one is using them mostly for squatting and/or general strength training.
