yes 2-4 caps a day. I am about to start my zinc protocol tomorrow - gona take 2 caps am 2 caps pm.
Does anyone know what the hormone situation is with fatty glutes ? I have read on here that fatty hamstrings is a sign of xeno-estrogens, but is it the same for fatty glutes ? Or is there some other issue going on ?
Tork how did the zinc tally load go? I’ve been taking 4 uber zinc for the past 2 months and still don’t taste much of anything when I take the test. I’m also taking dim and cal d to remove estrogen. I think drinking water at work might be working against me though.
Its in a plastic 5 gallon jug and I think its #7 plastic. Someone mentioned that they say to cycles supplements every 8 days. What kind is this directed at or is it just for any supplement in general?

It went fine. The taste is still not to strong and it delayed but I have heard that with some people it can take up to a year to properly taste the tally. My quad and triceps do feel a bit leaner. As long as the water nub isn’t ever heated I think the amount of estrogen leaked is minimal and the dim anew cal d should easily help with that.
Something I noticed about the Zinc protocol, my legs/glutes have leaned out noticeably. Not sure why that is, when nothing else was changed. I sleep deeper and sleep less too.

Fat on the thighs, according to Biosignature, relate to estrogen. Hamstrings being environmental (chemicals & poor detox) Quads being endogenous estros (ones you produce).
Just a guess (zinc supports lots of actions)
Better detoxification
Improved androgen support
Both would show in the estrogen sites.
Optimum Zinc Is huge for men.
Makes sense Alex, pretty anazing because this has been a real problem for me, I have leaned out in other areas but this.
I just read through this whole thread, interesting stuff in here. Thanks for sharing!
Some interesting observations about the Zinc protocol since I started it…
I sleep better, much deeper, but have strange dreams. My waist is considerably leaner, as are my legs and hips. My energy seems better, I don’t have the same amount of fatigue from my workouts. Maybe I was severely deficient and didn’t know it, good stuff.
most peeps are Max. Seems like you have an androgen problem/androgen conversion problem. Going off the top of my noggin, i think zinc and magnesium co-mingle so it could be pointing out a mag deficiency as well, hence the strange dreams.
hey guys, havent posted for a while.
Just an up-date, im going to be increasing the intensity and frequency of my training back up to 6 sessions/week for the next 5-6 weeks then dropping it back down to 4-5/week.
we will see if the new multivitamins and other supplements/PWO carbs help in my recovery compared to last time i training this often.
Ill probably get skinfolds taken again either next week or the week after.

I guess I was shocked since I expected to see results with my pecs and triceps, but I saw more than that, alot more.
the zinc protocol you guys are talking about, is it this one?
CP: First thing you will do is to take 4 ÜberZinc a day, 2 in morning, two at dinner.
That will prevent aromatization of the testosterone into estrogen, and will bring up your endogenous testosterone and sperm production. Low levels is probably THE primary cause of low levels of testoterone, sperm count and elevated estrogens in males. Less than 1% of people I have done consults for have shown to have optimal levels of zinc.
That percentage has been seen across the board by many health practitioners such as Dr. Rakowski and Dr. Houston. Now to be realistic, it will take at least twelve weeks at that dose to make your zinc levels optimal.
I started out with only 2 per day, 1 in the morning and one at night.
no wannabe different protocol. That is a small one to bring up zinc levels slightly but there is another one that is more involving.
I ran it and the bottles never really tasted differently. I felt freaking great though.

so 150mg of zinc total per day? how long did you do this for?

so what is THE zinc protocol dosage that involves the ultimate goal of “tasting the zinc tally” ? im very interested as i ordered the strongest OTC aromatase inhibitor i could find, and im on day 2 using the max dosage. its actually a suicide aromatase inhibitor.
but if there is a cheaper/safer alternative using zinc id be willing to try!
ive also tried DIM at 300mg a day and calcium d-glucarate at 1500mg a day and they did squat for me.
i store almost all of my fat on pecs and quads/inner thighs, some around the love handle area. triceps are my leanest body part by far, which i believe according to biosignature means i produce alot of testosterone but it gets converted into estrogen due to high aromatase activity? correct me if im wrong ![]()
I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks now, not that long, but I do notice that I am leaner in the areas I mentioned. You might also want to look at Resveratrol as an aromatase inhibitor and green tea (which I drink tons of). What I also found to work well for leaning my legs out was pounding broccoli and broccoli sprouts too.
Are you using any specific brand of green tea like something from a run of the mill grocery store? Doesn’t green tea raise SHBG?
