Strong as shit and all natural, congrats. Start your own thread and showcase your accomplishments.

Strong as shit is a relative term when taken in the context of “gym” numbers. Strong compared to what?
He’s strong compared to silverback gorilla. To be honest it doesn’t matter though, because I guarantee you, if he did post videos, pics, or whatever, everybody would accuse him of being “gassed up” anyway, and they’d be absolutely, 100%, WRONG. I will swear on anything that he’s not,(nor has he ever) but ya know, he wouldn’t take it personally, jealousy can bring out the worst in people sometimes.
How long have you been dating this girl!? I am sorry I missed reading that on your thread. ;>

My post wasn’t typed with a lot of meanness in it just as a reminder of what fun can be had. =)

My boyfriend is in the military and away for two weeks training. Better to be on the internet spreading joy than cheating on him. I didn’t submit an application to the clinic but if I had I would post my workouts, feelings, comments and stuff. You are part of this public thread by your own choice. If you really have a sick friend, bummer.

To those of you who didn’t like my post, who cares. This thread has gone all one sided and if someone says something at all not kissy ass than you guys say it is all mean and how dare they.

I hope you trip and fall in public for that comment. Keep up the good work greg.

Brutal!

novagreg good job on the 8.5lbs loss.

I mean that sincerely.

Don’t any of you bodyguards jump on me. I said something nice.

Okay, but only since you asked…

I don’t mind seeing some support and some criticism on these threads. I’ve given Greg plenty of both myself as his Clinic coach.

But why is it that most critics spell and punctuate like retarded sacks of doorknobs? I mean, if you’re going to be a critic, it might help your cause to appear over ten years old and semi-literate.

Shug

u jus be hatin, yo cuz i be mo swole dan u an duh biotches lik me mo dan u…
Having trained for stuff like triathlons I’ve spent some time on the road with cars zooming by. Once in a while, the occupants will yell out choice phrases. I don’t know, I guess the sight of someone doing exercise in public is just too much for them. Anyway, we have a saying: Anything yelled out of a moving car translates to “I’m a moron.” I think it would be funny if T-Nation had some software that any post with more than, say, three grammar errors or misspelled words would automatically show up as “I’m a moron.” This would include words like “pwn3d” and whatever all the kids are using these days.

BTW Mufasa - I realize you were being sarcastic. This comment is not directed at you. Oh hell, yeah it was - “U got pwn3d, bra!”

It’s all good, Bear!

I have deliberately avoided learning how to TEXT out of fear of losing my command of English! (or of gaining a fanatical desire to own a “Hanna Montana” lunchbox!)

What was this thread about again???

I have an 8-year-old daughter so I am inundated with Hannah Montana stuff on a daily basis. I must say that Hannah causes a certain amount of confusion. I mean, there is some cuteness there, and a glimmer of talent. But you can’t think naughty thoughts about her because she’s only like 15 and her one-hit-wonder father clings to her in a desperate attempt to revive his career. Very confusing, indeed.

At this point, I just post random, witty comments in an attempt to make Greg’s day a little easier. Whether my comments have anything to do with his PC is optional.

Good work on the V-Diet so far. I can definitely see an improvement from the pictures. Week 3 and 4 yield the best results, from my experience. Keep it up.

I honestly hope Greg isn’t checking this thread anymore. I advised him to avoid the stress; as he obviously has enough with the health of his friend in question…and all that cortisol is just going to make his progress that much harder to attain…which will only feed the negativity in here.

I think Greg has been busting ass this whole time, and must have been busting ass before it to drop the amount of weight that he did. Great job on the 8 pounds you lost recently Greg. You’re gonna have one hell of a physique one of these days.

Ummmm…your sarcasm is not needed sir.

I wasn’t being sarcastic in the slightest. I was offering up some praise for Greg. Skimming through the thread I noticed a lot of negativity so I thought I’d add some encouragement. Sorry if you took it the wrong way, sir.

Here’s a little pre V-Diet vs. after two weeks on V-diet…

and a side before and 2 weeks in … nice work on that midsection, NG!

No problem, I just figured it had to be sarcasm…I just can’t see how anyone could say that without laughing.

I don’t really care to have a side on this matter, but if you (NG) are going to respond to every critic, at least stop telling them to put themselves out there for evaluation, or make their own thread or whatever. Unfortunately, this is not about them, it is about you.

Hating is hating, and has little merit. If people are offering criticism (even if you don’t like it), you need to come up with something other than “well, why don’t you do it better?”. This is a weak counterargument, and under it’s confines, we can never critique ANYTHING. Movie critics would be challenged to make “a better movie”, sports journalists would be told “yeah, but you go out out there and get hit by an NFL lineman”, etc. If you’re going to dignify critics by responding to them, at least do it without resorting to a poorly constructed method.

I understand what you’re saying, but when some people start going on about their own accomplishments, their own training, their own physiques, on a thread that’s about me (as you pointed out), then I see no problem telling someone to start their own thread about themselves. I don’t show up on other peoples threads and talk about my own training.

It all depends on the criticism. There’s a huge difference between constructive criticism and jealousy. The majority of the so-called critics on here haven’t said one damn constructive thing. It’s more like “You suck Greg, cuz if I got all those free supplements I’d be kicking azz and competing in Mr. Olympia cuz I know I could do so much better than you with free supps and coaching I just know I could cuz the only thing between me and being a professional bodybuilder is the free supps and coaching.” In short, these people are whining because Greg got free stuff and they didn’t. These people need to either sign up for the PC themselves and show us what they could do, post some actual results to prove that they are “better,” or just simply grow up and shut up.
