Physique Clinic discussion for novagreg

i dont really post in Physique Clinic threads but i have to get this off my mind. I agree and disagree with you at the same time Affliction. While its true that what playing detective is uselesss, not everyone that posts here is “jealous” of him. I didnt apply to PC because I know for one that i won’t be able to keep up with it, but if NG applied he should very well know his responsibility.

This is for NG,

What i learn throughout my life so far is OPPORTUNITES DO NOT COME BY OFTEN. When you see it, grab on to it and NEVER let it go. You are presented with one of the best opportunity any average guy can ask for with direct guidance from two extremely successful coaches and a line of free supplements to make your transformation possible. However, you are not taking your opportunity to its full advantage.

NG, the pre-v-diet you showed no progress at all. You know it and we know it. like CS said, unless you had some dreadful disease, you shouldve at least shown SOME improvements. I dont trust numbers and only pictures, and apparently, your before and after picture showed nothing at all.

Im surprise to even see CS deciding to have v-diet on PC. Why? Because it is simple, yet effective. Its simplicity is what makes it a really good diet. ANYONE with the right mindset and motivation can achieve it easily.

You have posted 2 sets of pictures eversince v-diet started. There is some progress but VERY little compared to what you were suppose to be able to get. It doesnt take a genius to figure out that something is wrong there.

This post is to wake you up and steer you the right way before its too late. GRAB your opportunity and make use of it. Prove everyone wrong, isnt that what you want? Dont BS anyone and yourself about it, we all know you arent giving your all in PC, pictures do not lie. Wake up and set things right please.

But hey, by all means, stay poised at your computer, sweating, trembling in anticipation for pictures of someone you don’t even know to come through so you can berate them some more. Postulate guesses and hypothetical situations as to what the problem could be, and then debate those. Reiterate what you think you already know: that you’re better than him, that you wrote a doctoral dissertation on your HSM and had a professional photographer take pictures of you eating it. It’s your time, your wasted time.[/quote]

Awesome post dude - the last part made me lol… : )

Hey Greg,

Nice new pictures/stats. You can really see the progress coming along. Good job.

If you’re looking to make the Velocity Diet even more simple, check out the Magic Bullet. It’s a small blender/food processor that almost seems to be made for the velocity diet. You can pre-make your shakes for the whole day, and just add water, turn the thing on and boom it’s done for you. Here’s a pic of my setup.

Good luck man. Keep up the great work!

Brick Top,
That’s one of those infomercial blenders, right? Looks really interesting, but i’m always wary of stuff sold on TV. Have you had it long? And have you found it reliable? Sounds like you’re happy with it. The multiple containers are a great idea.

Hey Xeneize,

I’m always wary of stuff being sold on television also. However this thing is just pure bad ass. The one I have here at college is brand new, but my Mom uses one back home all the time without any problems. The multiple containers and the fact that you blend the shakes in the actual cups is what makes it so convenient.

When you’re V-Dieting, you just wake up, mix your 5 or 6 shakes, drink them throughout the day, rinse and repeat. It’s too easy

I’ve dropped 8.5 pounds so far, and if you think you can do better, than fucking do it. You’re another person who’s bitching about me getting free supplements, when according to your profile, you’re a level 0…meaning you’ve never purchased anything at all from Biotest.

You want to try to insult me? I’ve got news for you, someone close to me very well might be dying, so you’re opinion means NOTHING.

Seriously, to everyone who’s been a little armchair quarterback bitch, shut your fucking mouths, and post your own shit on T-Nation or some other internet forums. It’s easy to be critical when you’re not putting yourself out there.

Co-sign.

NovaGreg, if you ever want to have sex with a girl who isn’t drunk you need to lose the weight! Sex is fun! Trust me on this. I doubt you have had any for a while so use that to motivate you to lose the fat.

We have a Magic Bullet. It rocks, plain and simple.

What the fuck is your problem? I seriously hope you’re joking. Unbiased criticism is one thing, being an asshole to the guy is another. He’s got a lotta shit on his plate right now and the last thing he needs is your candy ass being a dick to him.

Brick Top, Mike the Bear,
Thanks for the input on the Magic Bullet. I will definitely have to look into one of these. Is it an online only thing or do they sell it in stores?

NovaGreg,

Good to see your progress on the V-Diet. I did a modified V-Diet last year, and I know how hard it can be.

The fact you’re getting some steady results during a really stressful personal time shows a degree of mental strength that will definitely put you on the path to future success in your physique goals. Congrats, and keep forging ahead.

Nova…Dont let ANYONE pull you down during this phase of your life, or any other for that matter. Always be positive regardless…Use your CHI’(positive life force), staying focused and I promise, progress will follow.

That’s funny, I actually had a date with a girl I’ve been seeing for a few weeks tonight. What’d you do? Apparently you stayed in and thought up asshole comments to make. Are you literate? Have you read that a close friend of mine is seriously ill? Do you think I fucking appreciate douche bag comments like that? You should start your own PC thread and show everyone how much progress your making.

This site has become a roosting-ground for a few middle-aged women trying to hang out with (younger) men. Once in a while they leave the SAMA forum (where they play Sex and the City) and invade main threads. Pay no attention.

As far as you are concerned, I see some change in the latest set of pics but you have to admit that this has been a less-than rewarding experience for both you and your coaches. I don’t believe you are flaking on the training or your diet but I think there are factors you have not disclosed to your coaches and members of the site before getting on this thing.

I appreciate the vote of confidence in my compliance, but I’m sorry if you feel I haven’t disclosed everything. After all the shit I’ve taken, if there’s something I wasn’t disclosing, I would have done so a long time ago.

I don’t think it’s been unrewarding, in that it’s helped me learn alot about myself, and if people think that dropping 8.5 pounds in two weeks is subpar, well, whatever, I’m not in the business of making everyone happy. Shugart said he hoped that I dropped 25 pounds over the next 6 weeks (now the next 4), and I’m on track to do so.

Well put (as usual from you). The first part of your post is a clear picture of the current situation. Not that I really care, as you can see from the number of my posts…

Greg, finally some progress. I’m almost shocked.

Nova, I still read your PC everyday along with all the others.

Why? Because trail and error is one of the grandest things in the world.

As I’ve wrote to you a few times, you know I have your back and you know I support ya.

Here is a little story.

Sisyphus… the one condemned to eternity, with a task that can never be done. Rolling a boulder up a hill, only to have it roll all the way back down to the bottom each time he reaches the top. This will never end for him… this is an eternity of hell. As some would say.

BUT, is it truly this? Is it what we see?

No, it is not. Because every moment, Sisyphus triumphs, he never ever quits. He uses his free will in a world that says one thing, the stone will roll back to square one. The simple fact that he exerts his free will to continue on is beautiful and it is victorious.

That is what I see here.

On another note. I too know what it is like to have ones close to you sick. I am 22 years old right now, and ever since I was 17, I have had to deal with both my mother and my father having cancer. My mother got sick with breast cancer when I was 17… And very shortly after that, the stone of the family, my father became sick with leukemia. And we have all been battling it together since then, even to this day. I am also very much directly correlated with his survival as I am his bone marrow donor and also his DLI donor. I’ve been though procedure after procedure just to fight for him. We’ve become eachothers best friends. Always fighting for one another no matter what the chances are, no matter what the doctors say.

They said I wouldnt match him, I did… 100% which is what they call impossible… I call it a miracle.

They told us it wouldn’t work… It did… for a while.

The fact of the matter is, in this world, sickness is a part of it. It is horrible. But life has it’s up and it’s downs. But like Sisyphus… No matter how bleak it may look, we have free will. And we MUST keep going. That is the only way to honor your friends, your family and your own life as well.

Do not let the universe dictate your patterns, do not let anyone elses words dictate your feelings. Only you get to make that choice. Strength in honor my friend, strength in honor.

wow…you’re not funny.

Oh well I’m guessing you’re either a guy or a fat chick who’s only thrills are the ones you get on the internet.

Pay no attention to the rusty cougar Greg.
