I’ve been trying to think of something clever to say but I got nothing. So instead I’m going to write something that’s going to sound kind of gay but oh well. The best feature in your after picture is the smile on your face. I can tell that it’s genuine.
You are obviously and genuinely very happy with yourself, and well you should be. That’s probably the best thing you got out of this clinic.
I following the shredded in 6 days as well bro, BUT I dont believe I was lean enough to make the most of it, but turned out okay kinda…It wasn’t easy ey, and I really understand where your coming from regarding the THIRST on the last night, when water intake is cut…and Im sure everyone who competes know too, lol. It was a killer, which ironically ruined the pancakes I ate that night too, rather than me enjoy it. Oh well, Im sure its worth it and YOU will come up truly shredded tomorrow ey. Now your a FFB, haha…
Stay strong homie…

Yeah, those pancakes are not tasty without something to drink! That thirst was kicking my butt the last day but everything turned out good.
Take care GJ and thank you for your support my Brother!

Wow, You are freaking amazing!!! What a milestone for you. I am 182lb 67" the same size you were at around page 20 of the PC. I am now writing down the workouts and diet starting from page 20. My wife is also impressed with your results!! When I showed her your first pics she thought you wouldn’t do it. Boy is she eating crow.
Thanks man! Train hard on those programs CT wrote for me and keep consistent with the diet and you’ll shock your wife with Your Transformation! Take care Safeattheplate!

I was so extremely happy for you Gus, you did an extraordinary job and didn’t make excuses the entire time though I’m sure you could have had plenty! You are a true testament to what can be done when we cut the bullshit and get it done. You are a helluva an example Gus, thanks so much for showing newbies like me what is possible and being so thoughtful in your posts throughout. You’ve set a tremendous amount of momentum for the physique clinic for future years.
WAY TO GO GUS!!!
Keep us posted on your progress.

Thank you very much for those incredibly kind words. That is just very cool of you to say my Brother!
It was a hard, tough climb and also so worth it! I loved every minute of the Physique Clinic and wanted to put out my best effort no matter what!
Thank you again Matt, you are a class act my friend!

Just have to say it again after the recent pictures, INCREDIBLE job. You looks great, and have achieved an inspirational physique through pure hard work and dedication, naturally. Congratulations on coming to the end of the clinic, good luck getting to that Level 4!
Thank you Zelazo! This has been just a great experience and such a motivating time in my life. Thanks again and take care Z!
Thank you so much Xeneize for putting up the comparison photos throughout the PC for us! That is just so damn cool of you to do and I just give you my Props and Respect my friend! Thank you again and much success to your training endeavors!
You’ve made me want to do another V-Diet run, that’s how great your transformation is!
So I ordered the required protein, will buy the flax and PB on Thursday (late night shopping here…) and then weigh in Sunday and start on Monday morning.
I’m looking forward to it this time actually…
Your progress is just amazing and look forward to seeing you building muscle on that frame!
What body parts are you looking forward to concentrating on ?
Right on Ozzyaaron, much success to your 2nd V-Diet run. I’m focused on my calves, triceps(which I have a hard time establishing a mind-muscle connection), and to add more quality lean mass overall.
You have an awesome taper and you look 10 years younger. It goes to show what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.
Look forward to updates while you add lean mass.
Thank you AC! I’ve been getting a lot of that “dude, I didn’t know you were 37!” compliments all the time now! I’m digging it and it is just so cool to hear!
Us old guys need assurance now and then ha ha! Thank you again AC and take care my Brother!

Hey, Gus, you bodybuilder, you!
Ever since you’ve ended your V-Diet (which was in January 2008) you’ve made visible progress with every comparison shots you’ve put up.
You’re progress personified, man. Goes to show everyone that even at a relatively high training age things can be sped up pretty fast to a new level if the individual demands are properly met (thanks to your efforts and your coaches’ nutritional and training design). And that’s just 5 months of your 21-year training age.
It didn’t even take you 2% of your total training age to turn you from a fatty muscled guy to a decent bodybuilder.
Thanks for letting us all take part in your journey and keep it up, man!

Thanks for the kind words FF! I wish I put this much effort a long time ago, no telling what I would be looking like with years of that kind of effort! But, I still have a lot of good training years ahead of me so I’ll take advantage of every moment now.
Thanks again for you support and encouragement FF! Take care my friend!
Now we are talking Gus, you look awesome. Ridiculous V-taper, nice full arms with veins, and the 6-pack… Everything you’ve done has paid off huge.
Congrats… You have joined an elite club of people who have set a goal and busted their ass to acheive it. Be proud.
Thank you Lonnie! I’m happy with what I’ve achieved but I’m not satisfied and am already looking at my next set of goals! Gotta keep the momentum going and reach for more. That’s one of the cool things with bodybuilding, there is always another level you can take your physique to!
