You’re gonna be super hungry man!!! But I think this is gonna be a wicked body transformation. I’m planning on cutting in a few months, and based on your results I may follow a program similar to your own.
Shed a little fat, get super ripped. Right on.
While the calories are low, he’s being well nourished every 3 hours or so. His stomach is almost never going to be empty.
(On a related note, I read recently that many very obese people are being diagnosed with malnutrition. Tons of food, very little nourishment. Gus will be doing the opposite basically.)
But yes, it’s still a challenge, mainly because we’re so used to eating until we’re stuffed.
undernourished and overfed
that is exactly what is happening all over the world. The aid relief groups are even sending corn and rice to feed starving people, how is this helping?
using that in mind I have been trying to make better choices.
Good job Gus, I am sure you are going to be kicking butt during and after this.

There is a big difference between getting people the most basic of nourishment to avoid starvation and getting jacked. If you are in a starvation situation you don’t give a fuck about what you look like and chances are you are already ‘shredded’. Second you need food that is easily digestible.
Chances are, if you give a protein shake to someone who is lucky to have ingested 300 calories in a weeks time, there is a fair chance they will yak immediately. They need easy to digest food that will breakdown in to energy quickly. Third, there is also a cost factor. You can feed a hell of a lot more people with simple carbs than with fine tuned nutritionally balanced shakes. Relief groups are saving lives, not building hot bods.
