Congrats man on the new picsā¦itās clear that youāre getting leaner with each passing week. Keep it up man. This is everything you deserve.
Awesome work dude! Iāve been following your clinic, checking every day
My top two just started to pop out recently!
I totally get what you mean about being flat sometimes. I used to hear lean people talk about being flat, or round, and how they could lose abs in a weekend then have them back in a few days and I thought it was BS. Now although Iām not that lean I can totally see what they were talking about.
However you always have the best attitude, itās a war not just one battle. Itās about weeks, not days and then months not weeks and so on.
Really great work, definition in lower back and hips is definitely more noticeable as well as the middle of the quads.
Personally I got slack the last couple of weeks, still losign BF and weight but feelign slack. Seeing your changes has put me back on track ![]()
Awesome progress pictures! Now you have the damm athletic look!
Man, your progess pictures never fail to impress me.
Iām sure you can reach the 12 % bf in 4 weeks, like CT said. GO FOR IT!!
Btw, if you donāt mind telling me, how much did the Dexascan test cost you?
Gus, every time I see an updated pic I think to myself, āman, this guy just doesnāt stop, does he?ā And donāt. Keep it up man!
And lol, get those new shirts Shugart was talking about.
Pootch? What Pootch?
I wish I had results like you, keep up the great work. Even flat, the progress is evident.
Damn you are whittling down nicely, great stuff man.
Gus, you are looking insane dude! You are making me seriously consider asking Thibs to do the V-diet after my race. Thanks for the kick in the ass I needed man, your pictures rock!
I gotta reprise my comment:
You Rock!
Awesome job dude. Iām blown away by your shoulder to waist ratio - itās ridiculous!
You look great now, and I can only imagine the high quality physique youāll be sporting after you lose another 8 lbs or so - but donāt get me wrong - you already look fantastic.
Again, absolutely awesome job. I wish you continued success⦠: )

Yo Gus,
15.4% on the DEXA eh? I guess that goes to show that we cant trust our eyes at all as far measuring BF % goes (unless youāre holding a shoe apparently from what Iāve seen around here). Whats really scary is picturing how youāll look at 12% DEXA if youāre at 15% now and looking this beastily.
As always man, keep up the good work - you and everyone else knows without a doubt that youāll reach you goals.
Ha ha, no shoe holding here man. I remember that thread! Iām gunning for that 12% DEXA thats for sure.
Thanks for stopping by Sayjin, youāve always been cool to me, thank you for that my brother and take care!

You inspired me to go on the V-Diet in Jan. Iāve known about it for a while, but I was always scared of it. I stated cutting in Jan., and after watching your progress for 2 weeks I said āf___ itā and took the plunge! I was at 198 on Jan. 1 and now Iām at 179 and ~12% dexa scan. (I was 12.4 at 181)
Right on Arbitrage, great job man! I hear ya on the V-Diet hesitation. I was hesitant to do the V-Diet when first reading it thinking that there was no way I had the discipline to last 28 days, so I avoided it for years until this opportunity came up. Iām glad I took the plunge and would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
Iāve basically copied your plan since I started, as you were about 2 weeks ahead of me, I did the V-Diet, and then the 2 week transition. Since then Iāve been on a 4 day upper/lower. Iām cutting till next Sat., then starting Joel Marionās Stripped Down Hypertrophy. I really look forward to eating again!
Thanks again for your help and much success to your training goals.

Thanks Listerfan, this part of the journey is not an easy one but Iām determined to keep pushing as hard as I humanly can with my program. Gotta make the most of a once in a lifetime opportunity. Take care.
I know youāve heard it again and againā¦but youāve done an incredible job. Your transformation is pretty amazing and Iāve had to show it to some of my friends who need a āpushā in the right direction. Keep up the great work!
