Physique Clinic discussion for gustavopacho

Awesome work dude! I’ve been following your clinic, checking every day  My top two just started to pop out recently!

It’s a cool feeling when you can finally see those ab muscles that have been hiding for so long.

I totally get what you mean about being flat sometimes. I used to hear lean people talk about being flat, or round, and how they could lose abs in a weekend then have them back in a few days and I thought it was BS. Now although I’m not that lean I can totally see what they were talking about.

I hear ya on that. It’s a different world when you experience it first hand. My body fluctuates a lot so I try to avoid the mirror and scale or else I’ll go crazy.

However you always have the best attitude, it’s a war not just one battle. It’s about weeks, not days and then months not weeks and so on.

Really great work, definition in lower back and hips is definitely more noticeable as well as the middle of the quads.

I’m personally glad that those areas are starting to show. Sometimes it seems like I’m working forever and not seeing results fast enough but in reality things are progressing consistently.

Personally I got slack the last couple of weeks, still losign BF and weight but feelign slack. Seeing your changes has put me back on track ;)
Glad my PC could help you a little bit. It’s all good brother. Take care.

Right on, thanks for the kind words Sijun!

Man, your progess pictures never fail to impress me.

I’m sure you can reach the 12 % bf in 4 weeks, like CT said. GO FOR IT!!

Btw, if you don’t mind telling me, how much did the Dexascan test cost you?
Thanks Ano, I’m just keeping focused on my goals and taking it one day at a time till I reach them.

The DEXA scan cost about 75 dollars. Take care.

Gus, every time I see an updated pic I think to myself, “man, this guy just doesn’t stop, does he?” And don’t. Keep it up man!

And lol, get those new shirts Shugart was talking about.
Ha ha, no stopping here or getting lazy. I just want to hit my goals and keep injury free. I’ll get some new shirts but no “popping” collars here ha ha! Take it easy Padilla!

Pootch? What Pootch?

I wish I had results like you, keep up the great work. Even flat, the progress is evident.
Ha ha, thanks for the encouragement Zelazo!

Right on MB!

Gus, you are looking insane dude! You are making me seriously consider asking Thibs to do the V-diet after my race. Thanks for the kick in the ass I needed man, your pictures rock!
Thanks Bartl, thats cool of you to say! Go for the V-Diet if you have the time. Since you are already lean, that program should put you in “visual abdominal territory” quickly!

Awesome job dude. I’m blown away by your shoulder to waist ratio - it’s ridiculous!

I’m glad my structure is starting to come out, it’s been a long while.

You look great now, and I can only imagine the high quality physique you’ll be sporting after you lose another 8 lbs or so - but don’t get me wrong - you already look fantastic.

Thanks SN, I’m looking forward to seeing how I’ll turn out at single digit bf!

Again, absolutely awesome job. I wish you continued success… : )
Thanks again Skynett and take care.

I know you’ve heard it again and again…but you’ve done an incredible job. Your transformation is pretty amazing and I’ve had to show it to some of my friends who need a “push” in the right direction. Keep up the great work!
Cool to hear Corrosion! This transformation is some hard work though. I know Chris said that I made this look easy but in reality I’m busting my butt in the gym, getting a little hungry, icing an inflamed shoulder quite a bit and doing what seems like endless cardio…But, the results are worth every second of effort that I put in! This is the best progress I’ve made in the whole time I have trained.

Thanks for the cool compliment and much success to your training goals! Take care.

And there you have it folks, a celebrity in the making - this man responds to all his fan mail without fail!

I admire your determination and know you will get to your goals!

I think you looked leaner then 15% thats for sure.

Thanks Meechel, this PC is a great opportunity and I need to give it everything I got.

Yeah, I thought I was a little lower than 15%. It’s hard to sit here and think that after all these weeks of dieting, training and daily cardio that I was 15 percent or more.

Thanks for the kind words and take care!

Thanks for the words bro…Its amazing how much different we see things, once we nail down for a serious life changing transformation ey…Mentally and Physically!!

GJ

BTW…I dieted down, then completed the shredded in 6 days routine…whichs worked out ok, but I still have a fair bit more fat to get rid off. I dropped a good amount of water before the pics, hehe. I cant wait to see you in 4 weeks bro…on the edge of my seat awaiting the results.

Great job. You have definitely justified the coaches selection of you for the PC!

Gus,
Good to see you sneaking those naps in. You are one hard-working mofo! One thing CW talks about a lot is rest and sleep and he suggests taking naps whenever possible. Even if you don’t sleep, just lying with your eyes closed in a state of rest for 15-20 minutes can go a long way toward helping you recharge.

And don’t let that pooch get you down. Keep grinding away and make the adjustments needed. You definitely are in tune with your body’s needs so keep listening to your instincts and kicking ass, man!

Gus, you mention at the beginning of your PC that you once got down to 10% previously. How did your cutting this time round differ from how you approached things previously?

Gus,

Looking at your last workout plan(not the deload)…how long approximetly (average) each workout?

To me it seems something like 2hrs…especially curious about the metabolic workout!

thanks
